I just spent 13 minutes on the phone after requesting an estimate for a local tow of about 10 miles. I finally gave up. I've used Queens before and they were great. Just not today though.
They did a wonderful job towing our car to the mechanic when the car wouldn't start. They were professional and very customer focused. They are very busy though and could use more trucks and drivers.
They were easy to work with and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The driver was able to get me unstuck and back on the road. He even helped me check the vehicle to make sure it was still drivable. And the tow bill was pretty reasonable.
Hopefully I don't have to call them again, but if needed, I absolutely would.

On a side note there is one in particular they call Garney well let it be known he absolutely loves helping you with EVERY need or questions no matter the level of relevance… yeah I’d say Garney has missed his calling to be a always positive motivational voice in the community and to be honest if he ran for the mayor or county commissioner I mean, I would vote for him hands-down so yes, please we welcome all kinds of business large and small
These might be the most incredible business owners and employees I've met in my 4 years in North Carolina. I wish we'd met under better circumstances-- my truck rolled off the road when a shoulder collapsed, and they were the ones who showed up to drag it out of the river. :( But their drivers were incredibly kind, and super efficient, and even went above and beyond and took the time to fish all of my tools and belongings out of the water. They kept in touch and clearly communicated about everything. My truck was a total loss, and when I went to their lot to clean everything out of it the next day they were patient and again very kind and compassionate, and let me take my time cleaning it out even though it was later in the day. They were fully transparent about the costs of things, and were honest and showed total integrity with the scrap value of the truck when it was more than they expected. It was a terrible situation overall, but I feel incredibly fortunate that it was this company that showed up to help! I'd use them again in a heartbeat if I ever need a tow or wrecker service. Cannot recommend enough! Truly they are gems of human beings, the kind that's increasingly hard to find nowadays.
On a solo traveling trip, I had an accident with my rental in the middle of Transylvania county coming back from Pretty Place Chapel. My car was in no condition to be driven at all. The state trooper had to call this service to come out for me and the car. The driver was so very kind to me. He talked to me about deers and the seasons as we drove back to the wreckers place. He even drove me to a hotel, gave me the number to the only city cab as I was basically stranded away from home, and made sure as a young woman alone that I was safe and okay. The next day I went back to this wreckers place adamant to get the rental car back to take it back to the rental place. I was very scared of the consequences (thank God I had insurance on it), on this day I met the wife of the nice gentleman. They treated me so kindly, told me for my own safety I shouldn’t take this car anywhere and that its the rental place’s responsibility. They reassured me, joked with me, offered to help me get another rental, & even called the rental place siding with me. I was saddened how my trip had turned out, but so extremely grateful for these folks. The wife even drove me to the airport 30 minutes out. They didn’t charge me a penny. I have never forgotten these folks and their goodness. I randomly think about them and restore the purity that people can have. Right now, I thought about them as I am traveling once again. In the midst of life, I have thought of sending a Christmas card or a letter, but life has kept me too busy. I wanted to write this review for others trust in this business, but also in case they remember me- I wanted you to know you saved me in a way. My situation could have been way worse.. your help was very impactful to me. Thank you & God bless.
Super guys. When AAA made me wait for 18 hours (& 3 missed promised pickup times), Queens was right on the ball. Polite, helpful and timely. They'll get my recommendation to anyone who asks!
Yesterday I needed to tow my vehicle to Sunshine Chevrolet and coordinated with Sam from Queens Wrecker Services. He planned the move over the phone with me beginning the day before and updated me the day of the tow as to his time of arrival. Sam pleasantly and professionally towed my vehicle to Sunshine Chevrolet at a very reasonable price. My experience with Sam was a pleasure and I highly recommend Queens Wrecker Service!
While traveling recently to NC my car broke down outside of a BBQ place. I called and they sent a nice guy (Sam) within 10 minutes and towed me to the dealer for a fair price.
I recently slid off a wet mountain road into a steep ditch . AAA had no wreckers in this area. . Out of desperation I just started going down the list of wrecker services online. I was lucky enough to find Wieens. Mr. Johnson answered the phone and arrived in less than 30 minutes! He was experienced with Teslas and knew exactly how to retrieve it from the deep ditch without damage. I drove the car home with only a tiny dent. Cannot say enough about Queens Wrecker service. Polite, knowledgeable, and professional. And the price was a third what I expected!
They quoted 189.00, took my credit card number, made me send a picture of my license and said it would be 45 minutes to one hour. At 50 minutes they called me back to say it would be an additional 2 hours and they will only come if I pay them $230.00
Highly unprofessional and rude on the phone. I strongly recommend you seek alternatives unless you want to be kept waiting and have the fees go up.
These people are amazing. Incredibly professional. I had no idea how they would manage to get my car out of the ditch it was in, wedged between an electrical box and a tree! They were quick, prompt (on the 4th of July) and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. Even though I may hope not to need their services again I can't recommend them enough if you need a tow anywhere in the Transylvania County area!
We got into quite a predicament on Easter Sunday at 5pm. Without any hesitation the guys at Queens Wrecker came to the rescue. They were quick, efficient and a blessing. Highly recommend supporting this company if you get in an auto jam any where in the surrounding area :) Thank you guys again!
Great folks, really helped me out when I had lost my truck key while camping and had to get truck towed to dealer. Then when I needed a receipt to file for insurance they again were very responsive and helpful.
This company has a mixture of decent drivers and not so decent drivers. It’s like begging them to take your business. Drivers I’ve dealt with have been smug, dismissive and lied (Carl) about meeting to tow a car. Currently going thru chemo treatments and tried for two whole days to get Queens to tow a car, but was met with excuses. Inexcusable. Since there are only two choices in Brevard to work with, it must give Queen’s drivers a false sense of entitlement. Somebody needs to start a reputable towing company here that respects it’s customers and honors their commitments. Heed my warning and give your business to the other tow truck service next to O’Reilly’s on the Asheville highway.
After running over a rock and getting stuck in Towaway Falls, I thought I was doomed. AAA was unable to find someone to help. After calling around, Queens was able to help and get me out in a timely matter without any further damage to my car. I was able to continue my vacation and enjoy the rest of my day!

My son's engine caught fire when he was on way home from work, even though he was only 2 miles away by the time I grabbed fire extinguisher and ran out door the engine was pretty much burnt up along with hoses and wiring, I called Queens Wrecker Service and he got to us to get car out of road within the hour, very nice people, this is the second time I've used them and to be honest, I will only use them!! This gentleman was just heading back from helping someone else and zoomed over to help us!! Trust them to be there for you, you want regret! I'm thankful for them and their kindness!
My wife drove our car off the road this evening, and it got stuck on a steep shoulder. I called Queens to pull the car out. It didn’t appear to be damaged, luckily, but it was literally inches away from sliding down the hill. Arriving quickly, the tow truck operator, Kenny Galloway, knew exactly what to do, even though our car is a new model. He braved getting down the hill below the back of the car to get at a tool in the spare tire compartment that was necessary to hook the front of the car to the tow truck's winch. Once connected, he carefully instructed me on what I needed to do in the car to help with the process. The winch pulled the car right out, and there was no damage to the car. Kenny followed me to our house just a block away, and we settled up quickly and reasonably with my charge card. My wife and I were very relieved and pleased with Queens' service. I highly recommend them.
My son had blown two tires on his way back to school on a Sunday afternoon. I called the wrecker from home to meet him 'somewhere' on the road. They did and then the driver was kind enough to call me after he had dropped the car and my son near his school. AWESOME service - polite and wonderful - thank you - will use if ever needed again.
Great company. Came during this past snow storm called ahead of time for me to meet them at vehicle. Professional and honest. Charged slightly less than what I have paid during a normal weather tow. AWESOME!!!
These guys are amazing to say the least. I was in quite a mess after my truck GPS sent me down a road too narrow and curvy for my truck and trailer to get through. With nowhere to turn around and the option of backing out not possible, I dreaded to see what it would take to get out of there. 1 call to Queens and they were on it. These guys set the bar for other tow services!
