Had a dead battery due to cold weather and it’s a ram diesel pickup Triple A sent ICN service out arrived in 15 minutes and even though temps are 10 degrees with the wind and 8pm atnight he got me back up and running in 10 minutes I was so happy service was excellent Highly Recommend
Mario showed up in a timely manner. Was very polite and respectful. Did his job and towed me to a repair shop. I have no complaints whatsoever. He was great.
Mario provided excellent service- pulling my car out of a hard to get to place through the snow and ice. He worked so hard to provide good service and make sure my vehicle did not get damaged. The job turned out to be pretty complicated and he did great. I’m able to head to work now!

Mario was absolutely wonderful in aiding me in a breakdown situation on the highway. He was efficient, kind, was right on time based on the ETA given, and worked smoothly and quickly to get my car off of the side of the road. On our way from New York to Florida our rear axle broke. We called AAA which sent Mario from ICN. Mario was fabulous, professional and calming. He towed our car 40 miles to a dealership in Winston Salem. Mario, thank you again.
Fantastic job! Prompt, polite, and very helpful—I would recommend them 100%. We’ve had to call them out 3–4 times already (we keep locking our key fob in the car), and every time the service has been great. ICN came out today and was awesome (and patient with my dog). Greatly appreciated!

Mario was great on service picking up the car would you ICN again and recommend , not so happy with Enterprise no spare tire sat in the car until Enterprise opened in the morning.

We were stranded on the side of the highway with a car full of luggage, Christmas presents, 3 small children and an old dog. The car we rented from Enterprise popped a tire and got flat within 2 minutes. We had many issues with Enterprise but thankfully Mario was nearby and picked us up. He made sure we were safe, and took us where we needed to be. He didn’t leave us until we got things sorted out with enterprise. He was very kind and friendly and patient with our situation.
