Customer service could be better. I waited. For one customer to finish I was next. They took a customer ahead of me when it was my turn they had 2 open. That customer that was behind. Me. Could have went to the other line. An he could have assisted. Me. But he took him. Ahead of me when he was behind me. When clearly. There wad another line. Teach your empiyees. First cone first serve. Who is in line first. Is who is helped in orderly fashion. That's how it's suppost to be. Stokes county. Expect the unexpected.
Went to get a battery for a Chevy impala, asked if they could put it in because I didn’t have tools. Guy looks at the car and says we can’t do it because our computer system says it is difficult and will take 40 minutes. Took it home and had it done in 15 minutes. Only getting two stars for that “Free battery swap”
I work a block away from O'Reilly in Walnutcove, my car battery died and we went to get one from O'Reilly and Derrick ( I am not sure about the name ) volunteered to install the battery for me, You really saved the day by going above and beyond. Thank you so much!
I needed a battery for my car and I went to our local O'Reillys just before closing on 5/19 to get one. The two associates that helped me were fantastic, I was checking out and one of them mentioned a 2 yr warranty on the battery and they ran a check on the one that I was returning. As it turned out it was still under warranty and I received a new battery at no charge. By their willingness to check it saved me over $200. The two associates went the extra mile to check the details before I paid at the checkout. That is unheard of in the times we live now. I appreciate them both and will always return to this location when I need anything related to automotive care or repair. Thank You for being honest and looking out for your customers. John B
I cant help but sing their jingle everytime if see this store lol If your auto is showing a code pop in and they will plug it in and let you know what it says and give you helpful tips on what to do about it. Great place to pick up those do it yourself parts and supplies for your vehicle
Usually have good service here. I have had one employee who didn't want to take a battery loose to test. So I went somewhere else and bought batteries.
I stopped here to have gauges inside of car checked.....they were not moving to register temperature, gas, rpm, etc. The tech checked everything and couldn't find nothing wrong. I live only a block or so from the O'Reilly store. Got home and turned the ignition off and all the gauges worked. I've only lived here 4 years; moved here in 2017. Thank everyone here for all the help. Its a good place to live.
I bought a wiper blade for my rear window but when the guy went to put it on a piece broke on the wiper arm. He wasn't being rough with it and it wasn't because he didn't know how to install it. It was just one of those accidents that can happen. He apologized several times. He ordered the part that broke and he paid for it. I just had to go back the next day to get it cause they didn't have it in stock.
Ice storm today....went in for generator cord adapter but they had no such item. However they had the window wipers i needed and a Zachary helped me locate and put on for me within minutes and explained to me about the 6 month warranty. Thanks
