Nicest and most helpful fellas! Called and they were there in 10 minutes, towed truck back to their garage and truck fixed in 2 hours! They truly saved us today and we are super thankful for them!
Excellent service, too notch without a doubt, I called the gentleman that owns this fine establishment at 3:30am and within an hour he was loading up my truck and hauled it and my trailer home. 5 stars in my book ! You won't go wrong give them a call.

So glad I had the opportunity to interact with these guys! I called around about having a 10 x 16 shed relocated on my property, and kept getting very high quotes. Called these gentlemen and they came out within an hour, moved the shed and placed it where I wanted it, all at about 1/3 the cost of the other folks. And they were pleasant about it, too! We have to level it, but since we saved hundreds and lots of wait time, I'm happy to do that.

Fantastic service! We were stranded on the highway on the holiday and three other companies quoted 4 hours to get to us. Northend arrived in under 20 minutes and safely towed our vehicle to the location we needed for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

We stopped by around 4:30 on a Friday when our car was acting up on a road trip. Even though they couldn't fix the issue, they took time to check things out and help us narrow down what could be wrong. Their recommendations on where to find a good mechanic shop and where to go for a hotel for the night were lifesavers.

I just wanted to leave a review bragging on the older gentleman who was towing vehicles near Shoals road last night. I was coming off a hill that was a solid sheet of ice. I saw a Jeep Patriot with their hazard lights on so by the grace of God I was able to come to a complete stop on the ice. I saw 2 vehicles had ran off the sharp curve and almost totally over the bank. Well, 2 tow trucks arrived. There was an older gentleman in an older Ford truck. He helped get the jeep turned around so they could safely go back the other way. I sat and watched him and the other guys pull the other 2 vehicles that went off the road. After he finished he began walking to my car, and guided me on how to get to the other side of the road without losing control so I could gain traction. I asked him if he had been out towards Ararat Campground to know how the roads were out there. He said he hadn’t and if I came across ice again to get on the side of the road so I could have more control and slowly make my way home. I told him I wish I had some cash on me to give him for helping me. He said it was absolutely okay that he wanted to make sure everyone was safe. I’ve never seen such kindness from a tow company before and wanted to acknowledge that!
