Today was a great day! Marc seamlessly planned and executed a “vintage” car removal and relocation for a car with not only a dead battery, but in a one car garage with a difficult turn once out!!! Calm and reassuring, Marc got the job done! So grateful for his kindness, expertise, and patience! We will always call East Albemarle for any towing needs!
Bobby with East Albemarle Towing came and picked up my disabled vehicle. He gave me a ride to Enterprise. We talked on the way and I learned that Bobby is a man of honor and truth. It was pleasant surprise to meet someone, especially and young man that was not about the money. Wake up people...less is more.
Let me tell yall about Marc! He was nothing short of amazing! He put a tow on hold to see if he could assist me. He came and checked out the issue and created a plan immediately. He did something I’d never seen before which was needed for the 26ft box truck and that was tie it up to the tree. He was very patient and such a kind soul. I highly recommend Marc!
Today one of my friends got his car stuck in the mud in the backyard and while he was able to get it out on his own, East Albemarle Towing was so helpful and gracious during a difficult family situation. Thanks again and will remember your company and your kindness.

Got my car unstuck accidentally drove it into the ditch instead of the driveway.....I blame it on working to much.....They got it unstuck with in an hour thought my car was gonna be a yard ornament. Very affordable was expecting to be charged way more....Will contact again if I ever need something towed.
This morning my car refused to start, i got this conpany number from Tim Malburger Honda. I called and the gentleman (name pj if i am not mistaken) told me he will pick the car in 2 hour (which would be noon). At 11.40 am he arrived with the equipment and everything. He started my car and the car started no problem. He said since I will drive it to Honda center, he will not charge at all, eventhough i insisted because he had his time to drive to pick the car. I am very surprised for his generosity and I will use this company in the future if anything in need in term of towing. Highly recommend.
My truck broke down on River Rd. yesterday. I called 4 different companies that were no help at all. East side towing came out within 15 minutes of calling them. The young man that came out was fast professional and willing to do anything he could to help. He even hooked up the trailer that I was hauling and took it back to my house. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area that needs a tow.
Puts you on the schedule(doesnt show up or courtesy call), loses your phone number and then automatically assumes you're not going to pay..... horrible business!
My son & I were in a bit of a pickle Saturday after making a poor choice involving a giant mud puddle. After a phone call & dropped pin to locate us, the driver (I do not recall his name) had our truck on the flat bed. Thank you!!

Amazing service. I called East Albemarle Towing due to breaking down on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within 10 minutes with no hesitation. They are very courteous and professional and I highly recommend them.
We called Marc around 2am when it was 38 degrees outside because our boat trailer axle broke. He said "no problem I'll he there in 30 minutes". He showed up in exactly that, and had the boat loaded up and on its way in no time. He even helped us pick a local marina for the repair. Marc was a huge help in a difficult time. Thanks Marc!
After waiting over three hours for roadside to still not even have anyone on the way to tow our broke down vehicle with our seven month old with us we called here and got a tow in twenty minutes. This place was a lifesaver.

I had a classic car that need delivery to and from a shop. These guys did it very professionally. They know how to handle vehicles properly. I highly recommend them.
I was ready to leave with errands to run and I look and my tire is flat. I tried putting air in, and no luck. The plug in it needed help.
TJ responded within 30 minutes of me contacting my roadside assistance. He offered to change or try to plug it. Well he plugged and then found that the valve stem was leaking a little and put a cap on that and the tire hasnt lost any air since!
I was pumping up this tire due to a very slow leak that evidently got worse. Between the valve stem and plug.tire still had plenty of tread and I didnt want to replace if I didnt have to.

During a recent storm I slid off the road. I thought I would need a winch to get me out. I called East Albemarle & they sent someone out. It was late & a stormy night. Great customer service.
I personally can say this is the BEST towing company around. They are willing to help 24/7 any way they can. Got locked out of my car and PJ walked me through to unlock it just to save me some money
Recommended by AAA. He came expecting 20 something foot motorhome & we are 36 feet. He handled it professionally & his expertise shows why they are the best. Friendly & explanatory for a complicated job. We towed from Albemarle to Concord & it was actually pleasant! Only because East Albemarle Towing was recommended by AAA, which says it all, right?! If AAA uses them, then they were proven to be the best.
I had to be in Statesville to take photographs by 7:00. It was 5:30 a.m. I had my car loaded and ready to go, but had somehow left the hatch open overnight, which killed my battery! I had called my road assistance through my insurance company, but they could only get a company in Mooresville (1 1/2 hours away) to come help me and they wouldn't get to my house until 7:45. I needed to be AT my destination, 1 1/2 hours away (near Mooresville) at no later than 8:00 - I had promised to be there by 7, which was early, just to be all set up. I called Mark and he said he could get there ASAP. He pulled in, jumped my car, said to call him with my payment and got me on my way. I made it by 8:15 - would have been 7:55 if there wasn't traffic on I-77. Wish I would have known to call him first! I was SO thankful and appreciative of Mark getting to the house so early in the morning and getting on my way FAST! Thank you SO very, very much! I was frantic!
THANK YOU MARK for coming to tow daughter's when she broke down. We are very thankful it happen here and not a long ways from home with our Grandson but I know you would have went to the rescue, THANK YOU
