Worst customer service. I went there to get glass, they said they had in stock ready to take home, and when I get there they go back and forth and turns out that they didnt have it in stock. I ended up waiting an hour to get the another windshield, not the issue though. They pull it, and wouldn't let me look at it. they put it right into my truck and I already paid for it. When inspecting it I see that there are chips all where they cut it, and they already closed the doors and left, so I couldn't have them take a look at it or try to return it. I then call, and they say well, its your problem, you should have inspected it when it was pulled. I didn't even get the chance to inspect it! They left right after they put it in my truck. All I needed was a return for a glass their pullers chipped all over the edges.
I never post reviews but this was the most horrible salvage yard I’ve been to customer service was horrific and they are terribly overpriced and rude, they had a good amount of vehicles but the yard wasn’t being kept up most of them were coated with black mold on the inside and rust on the outside had cars but none with anything good on them save yourself some time and go somewhere else 1star
I would take my business to them first period. They had my parts ready asap and they are very busy just by how the phone rings you can tell. Great staff great prices.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered the people up front just sitting chatting while there is customers are waiting ..stood there listening them yapping about Copart and auctions for 10 minutes and the guy in front didn’t even ask if I needed help or anything … I usually support local business but this one don’t waste your time you’ll just be disappointed
They really didn't seem to care that I was there o not. Then they directed me to an incorrect year model of the vehicle I was searching for (a first generation vehicle but I needed a 2nd generation model) . I came here from Atlanta and am used to Pull a Part where vehicles are grouped by make (Ford, Chevy, Chrysler etc...)and while it is self service the yard is neat an orderly. This place was completely unorganised and you had to beware of muddy areas while walking. Wont bother going back. Would rather drive to Charlotte to the Pull a Part yard there. It costs a dollar to access the yard (2 dollars if you don't have a member card) and you can verify they have models you're looking for online before you go.
