I came to this store because it had a larger selection of the Item I was looking for, but I was not expecting to be verbally Disrespected by charles. I was told that he was a manager, in which I was very surprised to hear. Poor example for a manager!! Rule number one is to be kind to your customers and your store will prosper, but their is one important thing that you must have, and that is "Common Sense".

I absolutely L O V E E E the staff of the Clinton, NC location! There were two men working the night I went into the store who went the extra mile with helping me &; I am truly grateful!!!! Thank you guys!

Had what I wanted and polite and helpful staff

i had a horrible experience, the employees were rude and most of all, the store manager takes the cake. He messed up my car and tried to charge me for it. Never again, do not ever come to this location!!!!!!!!!!!

Well they do not give customer s the help they need.

The young man that helped me was nice abd courteous.

Your experience will depend on who is working when you visit. Just like any other parts store. Some employees care, the rest have a pulse....

One of the ladies was very helpful . The 2 men were not helpful at all.

O'REilly Auto parts is pretty good they usually have what you want and will order it if they don't.

Great part store. If not in stock can have next day, in most cases.

Great place! They actually have people working the cash registers that will take your money, and they have others looking up parts. I spent 30 minutes trying to purchase a 6 dollar item from the shelf at their competitor's. All the help at the other stores were ignoring the people in the store while assisting people on the phone who had no intentions of spending money that day.

Was a ok place to get things prices were ok I guess. Good customer service.

Seemed to be more helpful/noligable than your average auto parts stores prices seem to be about average.

They have parts in stock that the other stores don't have. Their prices are very good and they will assist you in the rain. Advance Auto will not assist you if it's raining.

Employee didn’t order the control arm as he said he would over the phone which it turned out in my favor I didn’t need it anyway. My friend purchased a 40 series flowmaster from here the same day and it looked as if someone took it off their car and brought it back to the store. I wish she would have checked the box prior to leaving because it was in the same condition as the muffler. This isn’t the first bad experience I encountered at O reilly’s but it’s definitely the last.

Great service today Victoria and Josh provided me with excellent service and was very patient with me . I will continue to shop there.

Hunter and the team (Timothy and Tony) were extremely courteous and helpful. We got towed in on a Sunday on our return home back east from the beach and they did everything they could to get us back on the road, including calling a local mechanic, Jeff, to come replace our alternator (even though it was his day off!). It was hot and they let us hang out inside with our dog while the car was being fixed. I have been in quite a few parts stores and mechanics' shops, and this was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced!
