1Star — Very disappointing experience. Drove 2 hours from Charlotte to get a gray fender I was promised twice over the phone. When I arrived, they brought a white one instead. They said they had the right color but needed 1–2 hours to remove it. After waiting 4 hours total, they finally brought it — but with dents. Completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

The way to get a hold of them is a bit tacky but one you do there excellent customer service almost makes you forget that that is a top class act company

Not sure about your business but your drivers of the Isuzu box trucks are dangerous. Tailgating me by no more than a car length at 60 mph on 74 eastbound west of Shelby. June 20th 12:50p

My sales rep TJ is the best, I don't call anyone else at Fenix. TJ is quick and prompt on getting me quotes. If there is an issue with something he calls me right away and lets me know. I definitely recommend TJ!

This company has awful business practices and decorum as well as terrible quality parts. The manager Marty wasn’t as bad as one of the reps David who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Lesson learned from my issue, if you ever get any work done with a part covered under their warranty you better have proof you called, who you spoke to, and for how long as well as email traceability or they will decline they were ever contacted and won’t help you. If you have a service or OEM provider call on your behalf…don’t. Follow up personally or it will bite you in the butt like it did me. My technical/fine print issues aside they were hostile, and had a very condescending and aggressive tone. Little bit of research says this is common company practice for them, at least at the Forest City location. Bad parts, bad service.

The website states that the working hours are from 8 to 5. I arrived at 8:00, and it was closed and stated that they work from 9 to 4. This is very unserious for such a large business. I wasted 1.5 hours on the road for nothing.

Had a really good experience with Fenix. Ordered a truck door that had to come from Florida, it arrived within 3 days, and the condition was exactly as described. The sales associate in Texas and staff in Forest City were all amazing.

Horrible business communication, made me drive 2hrs to them after confirming with them they have the part. Got there and part was missing and waited more than 30min and no part was there. I wish I can give no star, bad business, experience, and customer service.

My salesperson, Mark, went above and beyond to ensure my part was delivered properly and even addressed some issues after the sale in a very professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to order parts from Fenix again.

The worst place I dealt with. Selling so called bumper assembly complete but in reality it’s partial bumper assembly because they took it apart and lost and broke many pieces while doing it. Then damaged the radiator fender hood in the process and claiming it’s a used part what do you expect of course it will have damage. But you can see fresh damage on the parts from their work vehicles they fly around yard on. Now I have to spend over $100 just to put the bumper back together in addition to paying extra for the grille that they ripped out for no reason.

great ordering experience, unfortunately this is where the good ends. I was given an expected delivery date for the item to my business and i waited until 3 days after this expected date before I called. Upon calling several times two days in a row nobody could locate the said item - they had the order and it was "marked " shipped but they would have to look further into why it never made it here. No matter whom I spoke with I never got a call back or solution to this issue.

Bought an alternator from Fenix paid over the phone and was told the part would be ready for pick at 3:30pm drove 2hr one way just to be told they actually don't have it and someone shoulda called me but didn't. I ask to get the part delivered to a shop near me, and they assured me that the part is already on the way to me. 2 days later the part hasn't even shipped out. Customer service 1/10

This is the only place I get my used parts from. No local yard around me can compete. There customer service is excellent if they don't have the part they'll find it. And their warrants is well beyond most and there's no complaining if you have a problem. I always deal with David Skipper. But the others are just as confident in getting you what you need. I order from here multiple times a week . Heath is who I order from a majority of the time and he is very helpful and friendly . This is my favorite place to order parts from . I have also ordered from Kerri and she is also helpful and friendly . I definitely recommend Butlers.

I thought this was a well established business. I was very disappointed. Two horrible experiences in a row. This week I ordered a door and was told it would be delivered the next morning. The next day I called and texted multiple times just to find out the door came in damaged but no one reached out. They reordered a door and the next day again no door. This time I called and texted multiple times and I have yet to hear back. No one not even the manager called back. I would give less than a one star if possible. I am unsure how they stay in business with this type of business ethic.

Let me first say that there was a time they would have absolutely gotten a 5 star review from me. After working with this company for 10+ years I can honestly say that joining forces with Fenix parts was one of the biggest mistakes they ever made. We have ordered TONS of parts from them over the last 10+ years and only since they joined with Fenix parts have we had any issues, Our most recent interaction with them (The straw that broke the camels back)- On June 9th I ordered rear suspension parts and a rear axel for my Kia Sorento that were supposed to be delivered to their Charlotte NC location by June 16th. Called June 17th AM parts were not there yet but would be delivered by 1PM to the location in charlotte Called again on June 17th at 3PM Axel had arrived but the suspension parts had not, they were to rusted to send and they would have to get them from another location and would be delivered on June 21st for sure. OK not a huge deal because I had another car to drive as long as they were there by the 25th no big deal but did ask if instead of the Charlotte location if they could deliver them to my brother in laws shop in Charlotte, was told that would not be an issue and they would be delivered to his shop on the 21st Called on the 21st because no parts had been delivered to my brother in laws shop and was told suspension parts still had not arrived, but all the parts would for sure be there on the 25th. Called on the 24th to confirm parts would be delivered and was told yes they would for sure be delivered on the 25th. Called on the 25th when no parts arrived again and was told that most all of my parts were at the forest city location and I could come and pick them up but they could not get the suspension control arm off any of the vehicles due to rust, Not OK but understandable, can't do anything else on the car without it could you send the parts you do have to my brother in laws shop on MONDAY (June 28th) and we will order a control arm? No problem they will be there on Monday. Called on June 30th because brother in law called and said parts STILL had not arrived my sales rep was off for the week so they transferred me to whomever it was that was handling his orders for the week, and they tell me all they have is the axel, they do not have the suspension parts (the same parts I was told on Friday June 25th were there and ready for me to pick up) and that now they can't get the parts at all. And to top it off the person that I spoke with because my sales rep was out for the week was extremely rude. And this hasn't been the first time that we have gotten the run around in the last year and a half, this was just the straw that broke the camels back. We bought a transmission from them over a year ago that ws no good, after requesting a refund and for them to pick up the bad transmission, the transmission is still sitting at the shop and no refund has been procesed. Unless you enjoy frustration and getting the run around only to still not have your parts I suggest getting your parts from someone else.

Worked with Jerry. He was great. Got a mirror that was in great shape. Paint matched my car's. Thing is my car had an optional sensor this one didn't have. My bad. Shipped it back. Got a full, no hassle refund. Can't beat that!

After 524,000 miles I needed a motor for my Toyota Rav4. I was going to go online to search for a motor but they guy who I hired to install it suggest Butler's. He said that he had installed many motors from Butler and they were all good motors at a good price. I call and spoke with Skip and they had a motor that had just arrived with low mileage. I bought it. The guy installed the motor and it's has been running great. Skip was very professional, answered all my questions and when I called to asking if they had a blower motor for my heater/ac, they didn't but he went online and found one for me! Butler's should be first number you call for parts!

I bought some body parts through another Fenix location (Gainesville, GA) and delivered to Butler (Forest City, NC) for me to pick up. Had issues with the parts upon pickup (fresh damages, and a wrong part). The guy I bought the parts from who happens to be the manager in summary could care less and was very unprofessional with the issue. Mark (Butler Auto Parts manager) listened and discussed the story, evaluated and confirmed the issues and handle the situation very professionally. I would recommend Butler Auto Parts - Fenix knowing it is properly managed based on my experience.

Got shafted at a little dump in Blacksburg and was a long way from home needing a part. This place took incredible care of me. It is clean. The service is smart friendly and hard working. It turned a long drive for nothing into a pleasant day traveling with my son.

Butler's is the first place we call if the part we need is listed on Car-part, mostly engines transmissions sometimes rear ends and other major assemblies. We are a very professional shop in S. Asheville (Google Rating 4.8 on 72 real reviews) and count on our vendors as part of our team. Part condition always matches what we are told. Had a bad experience with another yard this week so I though I would leave a 5 star for the crew at Butler's. Also see the attached photo for how this professional company delivers parts.

Purchased engine with 84K miles. CARFAX verified claimed mileage via VIN, started right up once installed and runs perfect. Staff is friendly and placed the engine in the back of my truck. Very satisfied!

Bought a side mirror. Works perfectly. The website gives a description of the part, and any damage codes. The only glitch I would say is lack of a photo. The folks on the phone are well informed and courteouss but they also don't know about damage if any. Mine was not damaged according to the website, and it was correct. Shipping was very fast and reasonably priced. Product also very reasonably priced for the quality - cannot tell the difference between it and a new mirror. Definitely recommend, and if I need a used part again, this will be the first place I look for it.
