I called a few weeks ago and was looking for some body parts to fix up my 1992 Accord and I am a good ways away in Minnesota so I’m sure you can guess why I needed the body parts haha.

Would not accept a return that was valid within time. Also same condition it was sold. Receipts in hand. Just simply because they didn't want to. Read the terms and conditions nothing on the Receipt stated anything about no refunds on auto electric parts.
The customer service was horrible. Went to test drive a car i saw on auto trader. still in the lot, and man just goes “it’s sold” so after looking around on the lot i request to drive another and he just throws the keys at us and says some guy would be out with us to put plates on, we waited 30 minutes for this guy and nobody came, at that point i sent my boyfriend in the shop to see what was up and some hick rambled some sh—t that he couldn’t even understand, so he asks him to repeat himself and mans just screams “CRANK IT” at that point we just left the keys on the counter and ran to another lot. like that was how shady car lots act in movies and it was real life better customer service at mcdonald’s
They specialize in Honda and Acura used cars and parts. The prices for their parts and cars are reasonable and you also don't have to pull the parts off yourself, you wait in their lobby and they bring it out to you. These people are serious about their business. It's my go to place forever.
Totally worth the trip!! Had been looking for a rocker skirt for an older model Honda Oddessy at all the local salvage yards and online. Called and they had it and was able to inspect it prior to purchase. Great plus since you never know what you are getting online. Well organized and not a long wait to be serviced. Friendly and helpful staff.
I've been going here for years. Russell will be a HUGE help if ya need it. These guy are the Charlotte area KINGS of used Honda parts. So knowledgeable, when you go to ask for a part that you don't know by name, they actually read your mind and know the name of the part, they name it before you can even explain what it is. Even better, they always have the Honda parts you need in stock. Just recently I came and didn't have enough money for both parts so they cut me a deal, I was like 15 bucks short. Nice guys, real good southern folk. I'm from New York so it's charming when you meet real kind, helpful, welcoming southerners who use words like "Kin" instead of family etc. Really cool place too. Don't expect it to be some shiny fancy place. This is a graveyard for old cars, and has that welcoming smell of grit and grease. Apparently they're remodeling, but if I were Beavers, I wouldn't change a thing. When my engine died a few years ago on my wife's CRV, they even gave me a nice amount of cash for it. The ONLY suggestion I have, if you're a lady or you live in Charlotte or are coming from afar(which I assume most do, it's in the sticks) you'll want to use the restroom elsewhere. A place with all dudes like this well, you know how that goes. Great place. Five stars every time!
The staff was great over the phone. Because I had a two hour dive to get there, they volunteered to take pics of the parts I wanted prior to my drive, and sent them to me. This gave me great peace of mind in knowing I wasn't wasting time and gas going to get them. They were very patient with me, as that encouraged me to start adding parts to my list. This will become a go-to spot for me when looking for some hard to find parts.
Not a pleasant visit drove over an hour to learn they pull the part for you which would have been helpful to know when we called them earlier that morning. took them over an hour to help and the guy was rude as hell. your better off ordering from ebay or Amazon and waiting a few days just as much if not cheaper the parts are new and you can get your money back if it dosent work.
Many thanks to Tommy for all of his patience with me this afternoon, helping me to get a right rear tail light assembly. I called, they said they had it, and I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for them to pull the part. Nice clean place. Comfortable atmosphere. Tommy answered all my questions. Thank you guys so much for helping me out and being patient with my quirks.
I ordered front and rear drivers side doors from here for an Acura TL. I spoke to Russell and had him describe the doors to the best of his ability, as well as having him explain their packing procedures in shipping these to me from NC to MS. I got them in today, and i must say that they are better than expected. Packing was good. The shipping time was crazy fast too. These doors are a 9.5 out of 10 and I couldn't be happier with the product and service. Russell is about as nice of guy as you could ask for. This place is the ONLY go to for Acura and Honda parts in my opinion, and they certainly deserve this 5 star rating!

These guys are great! They're helpful and efficient! They picked up a totalled vehicle from me and the transaction took at total of 15 minutes. Before you sell a Honda to anyone else call Beaver's!
I have been going to Beavers for many years now. They never let me down and always have the parts I need. A lot of these negative reviews on here, seem to be from online orders. Well, as a local customer, I can tell you straight up, this place is one of the best salvage/junk yards I've ever been to. It's Junk Yard Fancy. You walk in, tell them what you need, they go get it, then you pay and leave. That easy. I bought an AC for my Civic from them about 2 years ago and it went out 3 days past their warranty, but they still swapped it out for a different one at no cost. That's customer service right there people. I have purchased at least 10-12 items from them and not once was I disappointed in what I got. Sure, there are tons of places online you might be able to find cheaper parts at, but I find Beaver's guarantee and their knowledge about Honda's to be second to none. Most junk yards just sell parts, this place has the know how to help you along the way.
They've been good to me. They are usually my first option! I've even bought an engine and had them install it. It was fair priced and was done on the 2nd day, ran great! For those that haven't been there, they are very busy. They are costlier than most junkyards, but I'd rather have someone that knows what they're talking about and get a dependable part!
