The shipping was great too. As expected. This isn't 2 day shipping with amazon. Just be realistic in estimating the time it takes to process payment, pull the parts, box them up, and ship them.
I figured that I would have my parts within 2 weeks, and I received them even sooner than expected.

They are complete frauds. I ordered a Tesla Motor through eBay and they shipped it upside down on a garbage pallet. When it arrived I immediately checked to speed sensor for signs of seal failure. They advertised the motor as: "Installed new by Tesla in 12/22 - driven very little since - very nice condition GREAT CONDITION GUARANTEED" I found coolant in the rotor housing outside the seals as well as signs if corrosion in the motor. The seals were also not OEM and the motor was not installed by Tesla. It was an aftermarket reman. I contacted them immediately and sent pictures. When they did not respond I submitted a case with eBay and they claimed to have provided me with a shipping label so eBay would not continue the dispute resolution. Now I have to go through a lawsuit to get my money back. Garbage company
These guys are amazing! Not only did they find, pull and ship me the part as fast as they could but they maintained communication and were nothing but kind while dealing with my calls to confirm parts. Best of luck guys! Helping fix the world! One girls car at a time!
Many thanks to Chris and T. For having the car part that correctly matches what is advertised. Worth the drive for me from Davidson county, with my disabled neighbor bringing me to get this.
Staff were able to confirm the part was available and were able to relay accurate information and were transparent about any damage on the part (front bumper cover off a 1995 Avenger).
They packaged it thoroughly and well and shipped it up using R & L carriers and had it shipped quickly.
Overall, excellent service and it was very easy to get the correct part as advertised.
I was told that they have the part available. Drove 2 hours to them the same day they told me the part available and as soon as I get there they tell me the car might of has been crushed and to go to the yard and look for it without providing any location number. They told me to look for a grey car lol. Not used to dropping negative reviews but time and effort waisted!

Untrustworthy. Had a used transmission for 08 Chevy trailblazer listed as having 46,000 miles for $850. I called to order & pre-pay for it, and was not made aware of their stringent no refund policy… Which very much would’ve been a red flag. As if anyone would want in-store credit from an establishment they have reason to not trust.
Before realizing that I had ordered the wrong one, I took the pan off to change the filter before installing and realize it most likely had 146,000 miles on it. I immediately went back to the website where it was listed, only to find they had two transmissions listed of each of the two codes at that same 46,000 miles. Nothing shady about that right? Apparently this salvage yard has a lock on 17 year-old vehicles under 50,000 miles.
Now I did mistakenly order is the wrong one of the two possible codes. In the end they did not have one of the correct code. However, that fact was NULLIFIED by the misrepresentation.
After I called to see if they had the code I needed and informed them of the issues I discovered, all of the 46,000 mile listings magically disappeared.
Took both the transmission out of my truck & the one from there to encourage them to pull both pans. Met with nothing but BS explanations for mileage.
The employee spoke with the owner, who rode right by me on his atv and wasn’t even professional enough to speak with me directly about the situation.
I would have paid a restocking fee for my error, but it was not offered. Were it not for the fear that they would turn around and sell this piece of garbage to someone else I would’ve dumped it right on their lot.
For comparison, I got a second transmission from Matlock’s. It was also unusable, they picked it up 2 business days later and handed me a refund check on the spot.
UPDATE: last reported mileage to Carfax was 46,709 on 3/9/2012, hard to believe that the vehicle was parked for 13 years (before or after accident damage). All that means is that it wasn’t serviced or repaired by a Carfax linked shop.
This is the best salvage yard I have ever dealt with. The front office guys are the nicest people and go out of their way to help you. The owner is a great guy and will also go out of his way to help anybody. The new manager Chris is so awesome. I am a local shop owner and I always go to them first for all of my parts. They even deliver quickly if I need it.
Found this yard on car-part.com as an european with a rare car trying to find a hinge for my T18 Celica Coupe. Decided to shoot them a mail and was instantly helped by Stephen and we soon made a deal. Super friendly and fast response times despite the different time zones.
This place is an absolute gem hiding waiting to be discovered! I went today and found so much awesome stuff for my European car. They have a huge selection of everything else too. The customer service was amazing as well, they go above and beyond the call of duty and the prices are super reasonable. I’m a volvo guy and they had so many rare volvo parts that I’m gna have to go back lol. I was overwhelmed. Great place and 5 stars.
Great experience. Called on the phone for the part I needed and they confirmed they had it. I arrived, and the people were friendly and efficient. They called out to the yard to have the part pulled and in 15 minutes I was on my way. Save me a lot of money, I would recommend them to anyone and I will be back anytime. I need used auto parts.
For starters I drove a hour under impression they had my part, just to get there and not have it secondly that place is very unprofessional. I walked in the door and twiddled my thumbs for 5 minutes before I was ever acknowledged by anyone !
I tried to use the “junk my car” service they offer. The dishonest communication made the process frustrating. I did not end up using their service because of the difficulty.

This place is a joke!! Do not go here!! Call up there at 8 in the morning they told me they had what I needed. Told me to come down. After 2 hour drive. The man said he was sorry he forgot he sold that part along time ago. Waste my time. They rude and dummer than rocks
Placed an order for parts on 2/27. After asking multiple times for an update was told the items shipped on 3/18. Unfortunately all the parts did not arrive. Was told that the rest would be sent out on 4/11…Never did, but they did ship on 4/19 (almost a month later). Arriving today 4/23 AND STILL MISSING PARTS!
It’s not a big expensive order or anything crazy, but it should not be this difficult. I paid immediately, didn’t try to negotiate about pricing, didn’t pester about delays. Just feel the lack of communication here could be improved. A very simple & quick transaction should not have taken two months and at the end of it I’m still missing parts…
There’s plenty of options for used auto parts, don’t choose here.
Update: it’s “whiny” and “douchy” to post actual reviews on Google. I’ve posted our complete conversation so others can see how difficult or whiny I was being… Now I’d like to point out how quickly he goes to name calling rather than asking how to correct the situation.
I could not have asked for a better experience. I needed a hood and headlight for my vehicle and I was unable to make it for pickup during their business hours. They helped me with arranging after hour/weekend pickup and I cannot thank Dom enough!!! He absolutely went above and beyond. I was able to get it installed next day and everything works as designed. I have zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend Kannapolis Auto Parts. Thank you guys so very much!!
If we could rate a 0 star we will do. Our order was delayed for almost a week, they keep on saying they will ship within the day, we keep on following up everyday, until today that we deciced to just cancel the order, they put us on hold for more than 30mins. If they do not have what we need, they should have told us ahead of time and did not waste our time calling them, making follow ups but at the end they will not answer.
I've been buying car parts from Kannapolis Auto parts for nearly a decade. They provide a great service for several specialized vehicle groups that cannot be found anywhere else. I never hesitate to reach out when I need something for my Dodge Neon SRT4. I have purchased everything from bushings, to trim pieces, to engines and have always been satisfied.
We were looking for the unicorn of all unicorns in shifter cable brackets for a 2010 Toyota Yaris (manual). We literally tried EVERY place in NC with no call back or just a definite NO. The guys were knowledgeable with quick responses, provided an easy transaction with super fast shipping. The part was as promised and exactly what we needed. Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.
Bought a transmission from here and had it installed lasted a total of 60 miles not even 24 hours later and stopped pulling. Called back to inform them of this and was offered a store credit. No kind of replacements or my money back was offered. They sure didn’t hesitate taking my $600
If I could give them zero stars, I would. First it takes over a week for them to ship me the part and once I get it it was the wrong color after I gave the stock number and told them what color I needed. I already had to pay for the part and the shipping and now they want me to pay to have to ship it back to them. I'm not going to pay for your mistake. !!BUYER BEWARE!! If it were my mistake of course I will pay but this is just flat out wrong. Don't Trust these people!
Called them earlier this week for a part I had trouble finding for weeks. They confirmed they had the part, pulled it, and shipped for a very reasonable price. They gave me a tracking number as well. Part arrived as discussed and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They forgot the receipt for my purchase but other than that I have only good things to say about my experience. Will definitely do business with them again
In short buyer beware, these guys will say whatever it takes to sell something. I understand some defects aren't as obvious as others...but these were pretty blatant, and the responsiveness has been below subpar especially considering the level of ignorance on their side. Read on for details of my transaction.
I purchased a hood (550$) and headlights (740$) for my evo from these guys. The hood was described as just needing paint and "my body guy says it's as straight as they come". Upon arrival there were two pretty bad indentations at the nose, that fortunately only cost 200$ in body work to fix (honestly I couldn't believe that was all it cost to fix). I contacted the guy who arranged the sale. He told me he'd show the pictures to someone and they'd get back to me. I heard nothing for at least a week.
at this point the headlights showed up. Despite being assured there were no broken tabs....guess what, the most obvious, largest tab on one of the lights was broken off. It didn't end there, these things are full of sand, and likely the damage from salt water? Despite being told they work, one of the bulbs was missing so I'm guessing they were never actually checked. I knew they were foggy and needed the lenses buffed, but at this point I'll have about 8+ hours total taking them apart, cleaning them, and then hopefully resealing them. I sent another message asking for some compensation. They actually responded and offered 100$ which is a bit low considering I gave them 1300$ for a bent hood and headlights that need 8+ hours of cleaning with a broken tab. I asked for 150$ and they disappeared like a fart in the wind.

Picked up several parts here sometime a week ago and the guys there are very helpful and nice.
The pricing is great and for all the parts I got for my Eclipse it really helped save me a ton of money seeing as I don't have much to spend on getting parts from other sites or companies who want to charge an absurd amount of money for the everything and that's not including the insane pricing on shipping but at Miller Imports you don't have to worry about that.
