I came in last minute after driving 3 hours and thought I wasnt going to leave with a motor but after speaking with Karlee, she made it happen! Great service and even got a hat to boot!
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I never write reviews and buy thousands of auto parts. DO NOT EVER BUY A PART FROM THIS SCAM OF A PLACE. I bought a part from Phil and it was the completely the wrong part. He admitted it on the call and said they would pick it up and offer me a refund, great. Well… after literally 8 calls and over 8 weeks of waiting, this part has not been picked up. Every time I call Phil he says “it will be picked up.” I ask when and he says “I don’t know but it will be picked up.” I was patient after the first 5 calls but my patience has ran out after being out $400. Every time I buy something from this place it always turns out BAD. Late deliveries, wrong parts, terrible customer service. BUY PARTS SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN!
Great experience from start to finish. I’ve been in business for 30 years and have seen a lot. All phone calls were answered. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the inventory and customer service. Got a great dump bed (with cylinders and hoist) along with complete PTO setup in one stop! I had been searching for a month before finding them. Easy drive off I 40. Thanks Tom!
Not a trustworthy company!! They sold me 3 bad engines for 2900$&$ a piece & did not offer to help wt labor or oil & fluids I had to eat 3 times .. It took me 1 1/2 months to get a good motor & I pray it’s good cause I rather eat dirt than do dealings wt them!
I reached out to them to find out if they had a specific part on their lot. I was informed that they don’t inventory that specific item, but they did have the truck I’m looking for on their lot. But there was nothing I can do because they don’t allow people to come out to check and they weren’t gonna go look
Terrible service. Tried to order a used engine from these folks for a customer. They wanted me to wire transfer (who does that?) the money to them - wouldn't accept a credit card. Spent a full day trying to buy something from them. Couldn't get accounting on the phone, or the managers. Finally got so frustrated that I cancelled the order - I would rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this headache.
Your truck driver is driving through winston Salem NC at 1045pm on Thursday, September 15th on I-40 westbound doing 80mph n a marked 55mph WORKZONE. Pathetic. Rode me in workzone for 2 miles, then at the lane cutoff has to pull over at end of lane and slam on breaks. You should save your company.millions in a lawsuit and find a new driver.
THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR BUT THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS! These reviews have to be scripted because there is ZERO customer service here! We purchased an engine with a warranty that had a bad head gasket. They switched out our 90k mile engine with a 280k mile engine that ALSO had a bad head gasket. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPSPOND BACK TO YOU!! I spent over $6,500 in useless labor because they failed to check the parts they sell with a warranty. I drove up there ( which later found out they will come to me but I needed the money back from the core to pay the mechanic AGAIN) SO I drove 1.5 hours out of my way to return the core to get my money back. Mindy you, I GIFTED them my core because I knew it was bad. BUT THEY GOT IT FORFREE... Since I arrived at 4:36 it was tooo close to 5:00 to issue a refund or even accept the return. They forced me to make ANOTHER 1.5 hour trip out of my way to get my money back. After going through this entire episode they still refuse to send my complete refund and they refuse to warranty the labor even though it was done at a real shop with an ASE certified mechanic and they have documentation of this. I will NEVER purchase anything from this joke of a place again and I will file a civil suit because this is wrong. the entire thing is wrong.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Waiting 30 mins on hold each day for 10 days to be told to reach out to the owner by email only. Owner is a 18 year old girl. NO RESPONCE from the Owner. Told her to call me after several emails and NO Call or Response. ONE OF THE WORST JUNKYARDS IN NC.
order a computer for a tacoma 1996 I was charged and apparently do not have the part and if I do not call to know the status of the order I do not know that it no longer has terrible service minimum they had to call
Did not honor warrenty even when i had the recpt to prove the engine was under warrenty , and would not not give me a reason why.was very rude and wish i could give less then one star , ps this is the first bad review i have ever left any business
Have bought many parts from these guys, engines and transmissions mostly. So far haven't needed to use their warranty. Price sometimes is a little more than the salvage yards that warranty for 30 days but well worth the 6mo and 1 yr warranties they offer. No issues whatsoever with customer service. Way over priced. Must think your USED parts are made of gold. Was quoted $300 for a steering column. Called another salvage yard and found the same part for $170 less. Not the first time this has happened. Not sure how y’all stay in business over charging like that. I know I for certain will not be calling y’all anymore, I’ll order it from California before I give y’all a single dime.
I called for a part and it was placed on hold for me. I traveled 30 minutes to the location, only to be told that the part was at a different location.

Got a used transmission for a friend for S10 hate installing a used part. Transmission work well. Price was right, had best price of all salvage yards I called.

They sold me a motor for my truck but wouldn't stand by their warranty. I paid $1600 for a engine that was suppose to be ready to install but wasnt and all they said is iy wont smoke. Hell it won't run. Ill never use this place again
