Doesn’t answer their phones or the several voicemails you leave them at all. They were also supposed to mail back the license plate of my car after my insurance company requested them to do so, but they decided to destroy it afterwards instead.

I am a premier member on copart, I use copart a lot, but it is the only place I don't like to buy cars. I have not encountered this at any other location. This location has the most unpleasant and unhelpful employees. Last time I asked the employee to give me a vest, as I have the right to a vest once a year and I do not need to buy it, but she said that there are no such rules and you need to pay for a vest. As soon as I said that I needed an administrator she gave me my vest. Today I came here again and asked for a car jumper to start the car, she said go wait by the car and they will bring it to you. I waited for about an hour and no one came, I went to the office to tell her this (I think she just said someone would come just so I would leave and not ask her for anything) and asked for the keys for the other car and it was 4:35pm and she told me I couldn't look at the cars anymore, that they were closed. Even though they are open until 5pm and I only needed 10 minutes she told me to leave and come back on Monday and I mentioned that I never got the device to start the car and she said she didn't know why that happened. Horrible, I'm disappointed. And most importantly these employees probably don't want to clean the restroom because when I asked for the keys to the restroom they told me that this restroom is for girls only, they lock it, even though for employees there is their own restroom inside the premises, which they use themselves. I know for a fact that this restroom I wanted to go to is for visitors, but they thought it was better to lock it so they don't have to clean it. Also I want to draw your attention to the fact that absolutely every door that is intended for employees has a corresponding inscription, and in this case it is absent. I took a photo to prove it, it's horrible. If you don't like the place where you work I think it's a good idea to look for a job elsewhere.

I have purchased many vehicles from Copart. Recently there was a bit of confusion with a vehicle, the staff handled the situation professionally and the General Manager, Rafael Pla immediately stepped in and got things straightened out very quickly. Copart remains a valuable partner with my business.

Submitted a bid showed a pure sale next day it’s now minimum bid. Very shady practices. Shouldn’t be allowed once a bid is submitted.

The manager and staff here suck. Because of misunderstanding from their side, the manager said he was having a bad day, and wouldn't let me through with someone with a membership as a guest.Wasted an hour driving here for this.

If I can give them 0 stars I would! Bought a car from this auction and after I went to pick it up there was no key to be found! Even tho the picture showed the KEY AND IT WAS ON! I WAS TOLD ITS OUT OF THEIR “CONTROL” and they couldn’t help me locate the keys. Now it’s costing me A THOUSAND DOLLARS to get a key for this car! They should be way more PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK since they’re still charging an arm and a leg with fees. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

I feel violated and angry with this company. They took my truck from the original wrecker and removed contents from my truck and put it in the bed of my truck that has a non waterproof cover and it rained. Items are destroyed. Broken art that I had JUST bought, my WEDDING INVITATIONS, work flyers and so much more. Now I have to file ANOTHER claim this time on this company. They even left a uniform patch in my back seat which is how I figured out who did it. This is costing me more time and frustration along with the damages to the items. Completely unacceptable. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the customer service rep and manager were nice. Update. Taken down to 1 star because they lied to me last week and told my insurance company they were not liable for any damages THEY caused. They tried to blame it on another towing company AFTER admitting they are the one's that did the damage.

I sold a car to Cash 4 Cars and Copart was the go between you might say. I had some reservations, concerning the process. The customer service rep at Copart was courteous. She listened to my concerns and took measures to ensure a smooth process. The tow truck driver showed up on time, with check in hand filled out properly. Nice gentleman. Easy going and pleasant. My thanks to you both!!!

Absolutely the worst experience of my 33 years on this earth. They should go in and fire every employee that deals with titles. Service was terrible from beginning to end with the exception of 1 employee took my truck to be evaluated for a week and after the week they hadn't completed a physical review of the trucks condition at all. They finally completed the initial damage assessment virtually. So that's one week of wasting time. Vehicle is declared repairable, so they haul my truck to where I wanted repairs done and after another week learn truck is totalled. But to make life fun they say 3 days after letting you know your vehicle is totaled you are required to turn rental in. So first night I come home give power of attorney, print shipping label off and get original title signed to send off next day. I mail the title to where shipping label says. I wait 3 days then call to check on the process. They instruct me to call next day as it should be good to go. Ended up getting the run around and jerked around 5 business days straight. With story changing everyday during the different conversations. Said I mailed empty envelope, you need to get in touch with dmv to get duplicate title which was going to take approx 7 to 8 weeks. They ended up figuring out title was scanned under different lot number. Only bright spot was someone named Lisa Shay who works from home for them. Was extremely helpful and tried every way she could to help from beginning to end. Hope to never have to deal with this company again as it was pure hell trying to get help or truthful answers.

I have always had a great experience with Copart. Their customer service has been awesome and their vehicles have always arrived as advertised. I love the user friendly website and I would definitely recommend them! Keep up the good work!

Got a car on auction back in June. This was my first time at Copart and my first auction car. Staff were kind as well as very professional and answered every question I have. Payment processing and vehicle pickup was an absolute breeze. Hope to bid on another car soon! And it definitely will be at this location!

Came to empty out my car and I live an hour away. Called first, asked if someone could open the door for me because my key is broken. They said yes. Got here, the answer was different. Finally got to my car and they had thrown, like literally THROWN everything into the trunk. No regard for whether or not it was glass, food, jewelry.. They literally just threw it in the trunk. My dead mother's necklace was just thrown into the glove compartment balled up, and one of the books that I had in my vehicle is missing. And the guy pretty much told me oh well. Nobody gets into an accident on purpose but if you can avoid this company, do so. I have never felt to disrespected during a hardship in my entire life and NOW I have to come out of pocket for my missing text book after being treated so rudely.

This company hires thieves that will steal the systems out of your car and then the company tried to cover it up and they will lie to your insurance company. Glad I filed the police report while I was there instead of leaving. When my case goes to court for the suit I’m filing I hope they lie under oath to the judge like they lied to my insurance company.

The ladies in the office are top notch. The yard policies are much to be desired. You better hope there's not anything bigger than a pickup truck in front of what you are there to pick up, because they will tell you that they can't make access to your vehicle with the signature smart remarks to boot. ...and you have to pay a gate fee to work an extra hour.

gotta watch those forklifts knocked my sway bars i had to pay 200 doller to get it fix , the office people are very good but the problem with the yard people they steel a lot parts from the cars and the forklift tread the cars like its gonna ba crushed , people pay thousands for this cars Any way , cars go out after the outrage fees so expensive, trust me the only one making money in this cars is copart

Favorite location! Best auction company to buy a vehicle. Easy process and if you understand what to look for on the types of categories on your desired vehicle while understanding guidelines and otherwise the potential repairs (or not) some minor and others not so much. You can always find something from one week to the next

First time buyer. Was very easy to bid. I was prepared 2 months in advance. Also paying online and picking transport was very convenient. They do a good job of trying to make it easy to buy and transport.

My husband 1999Lexus he was restoring got slammed in the rear and it was declared total, this car was brought there from Charlotte, NC and we had to deliver the title to be able to get the money for the car. The people who helped us were outstanding . Very helpful ... Katie Brett.

I have been dealing with Copart for years. I have found that at the regular auctions customer service is much better. Several years back Copart had better customer service. As Copart has been expanding the staff has taken the mentality that they can treat people anyway they want. In my opinion, copart has lost touch with there customer service. it is like they only hire new recruits with bad attitudes. As far as loading, it is 50/50 Again as they grow they get the attitude of of well The fees are high, but all auctions are getting that way. Copart, you are loosing control over your customer service. I usually have good service in China Grove, but other locations I deal with, not friendly.

I absolutely love going inside the facility. The employees inside are friendly and very knowledgeable. The popcorn inside the popcorn machine is also a great snack while you wait to receive your vehicle. I have never been disappointed while visiting but I'm always greated with a smile followed by the questions"how can I help you?"

I bought a car here. The photos that they post are deceiving. They don't show you the damage, in fact they are taken at an angle especially to hide the damage. Also, I don't like all of the Hidden fees. I bought a car for $600 and there were $343 worth of fees. So a $600 car ended up being $943. I know that I should have gone to inspect the vehicle in person but I was not able to get there. My advice to you is do not buy any car without going and seeing it in person. Look on their website and you will see there is a gate fee, there is an online bidding fee, and there is a payment fee. All of them add up very quickly.

My experience was easy. As a first time buyer, they had me in and out of the office in ten minutes. Awesome! They loaded my car onto my trailer perfectly, too. Couldn't have gone smoother. Thanks!

Buyers fees are astronomical. I remember when this place was family owned and they had live auctions not internet bidding. They had donuts and coffee for their customers. Now they charge high fees and don't give you donuts.

Very busy. Very large. Took the 2hr nickle tour. If your going during this hot summer I suggest you bring lots of ice water. They provide fresh popcorn and ice water but bring a Jug.

Very disappointed with the way Copay deals with problems with us as customers. Fact is, resolving problems is/will always be disappointing for us as customers when a company's bottom line is all that is considered. Greed is definitely the top priority with Copart!
