We moved to Reidsville a year ago. Shortly afterwards I had to get my car towed. He came out right away and was friendly, professional and not over priced. We had to get our car played renewed and a co-worker suggested that I go here for my inspection. I went there after work, just to get information about how things are done here. Well, the woman was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I got my inspection done right then, and a couple weeks later we got our other cars inspected.
They are wonderful people and I highly recommend them to everyone!
I called them, the owner came out. Very quickly. I had called for a tow. He recognized after he arrived it was likely my starter causing the problem. He did his magic and managed to start the truck so I didn’t have to have it towed. Then he Gave me advice on next steps to correct the problem. It was a refreshing act of kindness and professionalism that is sorely lacking in this world. I give him my strongest recommendation.
Good experience buying Dodge Dart. Low mileage and good price for my first car. Haven’t had any problems other than the battery and it’s been almost a year!
I would not give any stars if possible.They charged my father in law 275.00 to tow his car less than a mile to his house from a accident he had.He is still in the hospital a week later with numerous broken bones.Horrible way to take advantage of senior people.It is so sad companies treat people like this.Be careful out there.
Employees failed to acknowledge customer at the front desk. Was only greet by a yapping mutt the entire time I was standing there. Since they obviously did not need/want a customer I left and spent money elsewhere.

Fabulous Fabulous company. The employees and owners are so friendly and so helpful. When you are broke down or are in a wreck, your nerves are shot and you need understanding people to calm you down. The person who answered the phone was so kind and assured me that everything would be ok. Also the driver was very mannerly and professional. I felt very safe and in great hands. This place is just plain disgusting. The man is rude and it’s kind of sad when the owner puts a five star review on their own place because they know how sorry and crooked they are. These people will rip you off, go behind your back and ignore an agreement and sell it off to someone else. Do not do business here. I wouldn’t even call this place a business. If you like rude, sorry, and crooked people, it’s an excellent place of your choice then. On your website, you said you love hearing your customer reviews, well I hope you love mine:)
Absolutely saved us on a trip through North Carolina. Had a accident with a deer. Totaled my car at 10 pm. Not only gave us a Tow but carried us to find a local Hotel which was out of his way, waited till he was sure we got a room then unloaded our car so we could get our luggage. I can't believe anyone would do that for a complete stranger ! I would highly recommend him to anyone. May never see him again but whenever we go back to NC I'll make a special trip by to thank him again.

Called this place to ask about towing a car, the man was extremely rude to me and would not answer my questions. Also hung up on me. Will not be using them and would not recommend them.
