Very good people, always answer the phone and called back as they promised. Second time I traveled 200 plus miles to pick up a part. The prices were unbeatable and service was top notch.
We were traveling home for a funeral that we only had a couple hours to get to when we pulled over because something was dragging under our car. We looked up the closest automotive shop and this place came up. The man that helped, not sure his name, was so friendly and immediately fixed the issue and told us to have a good day. He didn’t accept any money. It may have been an easy fix, but we were so appreciative for his help and kindness!
Mr.Kelvin and his son are absolutely amazing. They are very affordable honest good people. They towed my vehicle from 74..almost 1½ hours... all the way to my home in Aberdeen with friendly conversation all the way.
Typically, we would never install a used part. Unfortunately, We got in a bind because the part (a door check, it keeps the door from flying open) we needed was discontinued. The dealer nor any online locations had the part. You cannot buy new or anything. I called these guys and they had the part I needed. Good quality used part that should last my client for many years to come. If I ever get a bind like this again, I know who will be my first call. Thanks again brother!
Absolutely the best anywhere!!! If all companies were like this, the world would be in good shape.My daughter broke the rim on her car after hitting a pothole. After searching around, we found what we needed here. Made the 2 hour drive and was in and out with 2 wheels in just a few minutes. The staff was absolutely amazing and their prices are great!!! I would drive further if needed to get parts from them just because of their fast, professional service. Hats off to these guys. This is a rare find this day and time. Keep up the good work guys!!! Wow! My family was traveling from out of town and Cox Automotive saved us! We had a flat tire and no place was open to help. They were so kind to change our tire and we were able to continue on our journey without waiting for hours for a tow. Cox Automotive is hands down best place ever. It was my first time going there last week from Fayetteville NC. As I arrived I was welcomed by friendly staff. As to my surprise the staff even had a mechanic pull my parts from the car. I highly recommend this place for your car parts needs. I also love the nice dog they have in their office, super cool.

My family was about half way into our trip to the beach when the drive shaft fell out from under my diesel truck while towing my 26ft camper. The state trooper that came to block traffic suggested Coxs to me after we were quoted a 2 hr wait from my insurance towing company. Luckily enough, they were willing to let Cox's take care of us who was quoting about 25 minutes. I was pretty concerned about finding someone competent and skilled enough to handle my rig but these guys blew me out of the water. We were expecting to need 2 trucks to haul the truck and camper.. not Cox's! They came out and were able to do it in one shot. Almost 20k lbs of equipment was safely transported 100 miles with no problems. What really impressed me was the driver's ability to do a u turn with the rig and made it look easy. The 3 guys that we dealt with were very professional, and polite and you could tell they took pride in their work. They spent almost 45 minutes making sure the rig was hooked up and seated just right to ensure my girl and her trailer got to where we needed to go without any more problems. Once we got to our campground, the driver expertly maneuvered the camper into the spot, then assisted in taking the truck to another spot as requested by the campground management.
We make this trip regularly and I know I'll be calling them again if I ever need help. Its too bad they aren't located closer to my house!
I have to tell you I was very pleased with the price of my transmission and how quick it was shipped. Then after it was in for about 4-5 weeks it went bad. Knowing how long of a process I figured this would be to get a refund I was extremely skeptical and just knew this was not gonna be good. Imagine my surprise when I spoke with the owner I had my refund in 3 days with absolutely no issue. That is unheard of in today’s world. Thank you Cox!!

Cox Automotive has extremely excellent customer service. My husband had a tire blow out and the rim needed to be replace. We live in Florence, SC and I called around to our local salvage yards and got in touch with Turner's Auto Sales. The kind gentleman I spoke with conducted a search to find the rim we needed near our area. He found one located at Cox Automotive and even gave me a number to reach them. He told me to ask to speak with Justin. Justin was extremely helpful and had the rim in stock, so my husband headed to Maxton, NC to pick the rim up. With all this being said, thank you Justin and Cox Automotive for being so kind and helpful. Your time and exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated!

Who ever knew that you could still find such a stellar establishment with genuinely kind employees in 2020? From my first phone call, the staff handled me with such care and actually talked with me about my vehicle issues.I didnt get the part right away, but as promised, it was awaiting to be picked up. Believe it or not,they even helped me locate a mechanic,that wouldn't charge an arm and a leg also.The service is spectacular!If they dont have it,they will get it for you. This was the only shop that carried the part i needed. Others were hundreds of miles away. I made the hour long trip to go see these guys and was not disappointed. The product I bought was in fantastic shape and the price was unbelievably low compared to other shops. Great experience!! These guys had a hard to find part for my pontiac solstice. I showed up and 3 guys were happy to help and point me in the direction of the car. Then when I was done, the owner said I could have the part. Didn't charge me a dime. I'm from indiana and I WISH yards like this were in my neighborhood! I would do business with these guys any day.
Wouldn't do business with them if they were the last parts dealer on earth! Checked online and it said the part I needed was in inventory. So I called to verify. The guy didn't even give me a chance to finish saying what I needed before he says it's all ready gone! He acted as though he doesn't like money which I was willing to rush and give him for the part. If you're going to run a business how about have a good attitude. Please avoid this place. Also I read the bad reviews on yellow pages but figured I would still give them a shot. The reviews were correct! Terrible customer service!
