I’ve dealt with these guys 2 times in the past 6 months and they’ve been amazing both times. Trying to find other shops to work on my car has been a struggle but these guys are easy to get in contact with, honest and fair about the work needed, and make sure they back up there work with warranties.
Returning customer with whatever ride I got. I also do like to support our Vets and the owner is straight to the point with 0 bs. My go to recommendation for anyone in the area.
My Nissan broke down in fairmont the other I randomly called S and S for help Sean let me know it would be the next morning which was good with me turned out to be the next afternoon but he gave me a discount for the wait long story short Sean seen what was wrong with my truck volunteered to fix it at no extra cost to save me a arm and a leg for a simple fix and now I’m kindly waiting on my truck to be dropped off to me THANKS SEAN for the wonderful service and great communication
Needed a tow because car wouldn't start. The driver came quickly and put it on the jump box. Turns out it was just the battery. Offer to pay for his time and help and he declined payment. There are still helpful,honest, caring people in this world. Thank you and please use S&S towing.
We were traveling with our old dog from Florida to New Jersey when we broke down in North Carolina. Shawn was nice enough to help us out quickly. Very polite and professional. Great customer service! Hunter was really professional and helpful. Our truck stopped working in a soccer field and he came and got the truck out without the key and without tearing the grass up which was great and the price was still reasonable.
My daughter’s car broke down 3 hrs from us and I called them and came out and got the car towed to Ford dealership right away. They took credit cards, which saved us because all the other towing places were cash only and my daughter didn’t have cash. The man, kept communication with me all the way from getting it and towing it to dealership. That were so professional and I highly recommend them!!!
Sean was the only guy in the area that called us back when we got a bad flat (no spare) on I-95 going from Florida to Jersey. He came and rescued us and got us to the only place in the area open on a Sunday morning so we could get back on the road as fast as possible. I should add, he did all this in his church clothes, because he rescued us while he was on his way to Sunday service. Needless to say I’ve saved his contact information if we ever get unlucky near Lumberton again. Thank you sir!

Super fast and friendly service! I was 3 hours from home and traveling through the area when I had tire troubles. I didn’t know where I was and he was so polite and patient with me and got me to where I needed to be. I would definitely recommend!
Recently I had to have my daughter’s vehicle towed, so I contacted S&S towing from a local GOOGLE search. Shawn came and was very knowledgeable and honest. He helped me navigate through several mechanical issues and decisions to be made, where as others may have taken advantage. Shawn will go out of his way to help others, and as I told him, he’s got a customer for life!
We were on our way cross country heading to my brother's funeral. We broke down on 74 outside of Lumberton. We called Black's Tire and they said to have it towed to them and gave us the number for S & S Towing. We did but when we got the car to Black's they said we can't fix it today. That sucked. I called S & S back and he said "we can fix it for you today" so we had it towed there. He preordered both of the possible alternators that my car could have needed. They got started on it right away when we arrived with the car. Turns out, the owner is a fellow Veteran (USN Aviator). He got us fixed up and back on our trip that day. Super nice guy too. DO NOT EVEN HESITATE. CALL HIM NOW.
Needed a rental car towed and they said they couldn't do it. Called the next tow service on Google and they were there within a hour. Tow company that will not tow when I have all documentationfrom rental company is not very useful

My wife, 2 toddlers, and 2M old infant broke down in Lumberton, N.C. on the way to North Myrtle Beach for our family vacation. It was a hot day and needless to say, a rough day. We had to leave the car in a parking lot as all the auto shops I could find were closed. On Monday we called the dealership and the recommended S&S towing. The service with Shawn and his team was remarkable. Stay in communication, confirmed pick up and drop off with photos. Was easy to work with as we were in a different state, and just gave so much piece of mind. Also, some great savings tips. We ended up needing a new transmission and S&S was super competitive and affordable and we ended up having them due the repair. The were quick, responsive, and got our vehicle back to us before our trip was over. They did a great job, we have no issues, and we got a warranty with it. I highly recommend them for towing and repairs!
My car broke down at a customers facility and within 15 minutes they were there to tow the jeep. Great service, helped me at the dealership and within 1 1/2 hours was on my 6 hour drive home.
Honestly, a life saver. They answered quickly gave me an eta and got there at that exact time. Got straight to the point, explained what was wrong with my vehicle and helped me with it. I couldn’t have asked for better service because they exceeded my expectations. The pricing was a blessing and the guy was really nice. Definitely recommend; and absolutely saving this number for future use.
We broke down on Sunday and looked on the Internet for a towing service. S & S Towing and Auto was local and rated 5 stars. We called them and they showed up quickly to pick up our vehicle. They also did extensive electrical repairs to it as well at a very fair price. They tried to get us on our way, so that we could get home to Virginia. We had to leave the vehicle with Shawn and he kept me informed every step of the way during the repair process. We went down the following weekend to pick up our vehicle and it ran great. Shawn checked on us twice to make sure that we made it home okay. I would give Shawn and his staff 10 stars if I could!

I am not normally speechless...but the guys at S&S left me speechless during my most recent trip to Myrtle Beach. I was driving down from WV to meet up with my wife and daughters who were already at my father-in-law's house. About an hour outside of MB, my car completely stopped working. 2020 Kia. Battery dead. Alternator beyond dead. Fluids leaking all over a Family Dollar parking lot that I managed to limp the car into. This had never happened to me before. I called around to a few places...everyone I reached either did not provide long-haul towing...or just didn't answer. I am SO glad S&S is who picked up my phone call. Shawn, the owner, was so kind on the phone and extremely reassuring...because I don't know a thing about cars. He had his flatbed on the way to my location in less than 5 minutes. They towed my car to the shop, and gave me a lift as well. By the time we got to the shop, Shawn already had a new alternator waiting...turned out it we needed a different one...thinking I was SOL because it was already 5:50 pm...Shawn hopped in his car and drove 2-hours round trip to pick up the alternator we needed. Shawn, and his mechanic, kept the shop open until 9:30 at night just to make sure I was taken care of the same day...and could get to my wife and kids that night. While they were working, Shawn hooked up me up with drinks and snacks...and I relaxed in his recliner and watched Netflix. I can't recommend this business enough!! Excellent customer service, above and beyond the call of duty. Veteran owned. Great quality work. Trustworthy people. Whether you are a local or an out of towner heading for the beach...if you need auto services, please don't waste time calling around to other places...give S&S a call. I highly recommended Shawn for any tow. I was struggling trying to find my way back to Fl after driving from Fl to Al and end up in Philadelphia on my way back home my timing chain went out in my van. Yes, I was stuck for 2 days until I call S&S towing he towed my van and my trailer and gave me a place to stay until the morning. He made sure I got to Nc to get a U-Haul to make it back to Fl. Again, great guy and was super helpful
My sister and I had a tire blow out on the way to the beach. He was very quick to respond, helped us realize the spare tire was bad, then towed us to a local tire shop who took care of us very well. We never felt unsafe. He was a gentleman. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t put words into a sentence to describe how grateful I am for S&S Towing. Shawn helped me out incredibly, truck broke down on 95 near Lumberton. Not only towed the truck but first dropped my girlfriend, dog, and myself off at a hotel nearby. He then dropped the truck off to the Ford Dealership which wasn’t going to look at it for 2 weeks. He then transferred the truck to Davis Truck Repairs where they were able to get it going quicker. It is good to know there are kind genuine people still out there. I would recommend S&S to anyone in the area or passing through the area that need a lift.
Mr. Shawn is the hero of the year. He was so patient in helping us get into the car before it was towed, was understanding to why the car needed to be towed away and was simply the kindest person. His professionalism, demeanor and overall attitude all point to someone who wants to get the job done, and get it done well. I absolutely recommend him, you will NOT be disappointed
