A year ago yesterday they came to my rescue! I got my Spark stuck in my muddy field, 300 feet off the road. They were amazing! (I bet it made for a good story too.) I know "Chevy Sparks aren't 4WD".
Was suggested this place for my car inspection. Just moved to town. Small town shop, no frills but they get the job done and quickly. They offer towing too. Highly recommend
10/10 all day long, 7 workers and all 7 of them are the best human beings ive ever met on the road. Although I'm far from local " I'm from northwest Florida just passing through " I broke down and was in need simple help and these folks helped me in every way. Got myself back on the road with their help. I will absolutely go back If ever given the chance.

Have patience they are a very busy repair shop. Employees were polite and helpful. I was able to pick up my daughter's car which had been wrecked and get it back home in another state in record time. Many Thanks to all the folks I came in contact with.
Brothers at Thomas Auto Repair helped us out when no one else did! We had a flat tire and three shops refused to fix it until we called these guys! They helped us locate the correct valve stem for our tire and even helped us diagnose a bad ac compressor. God bless this family

I had some mechanical issues with my truck on the way to Wrightsville, had to be at a meeting early next morning and parts were not available til next day. They managed to get me an Uber driver (Thanks Ronnie) and I was on my way.

Driving from the south to the north and car was overheating. Stopped here and the mechanic knew instantly what was wrong. Sent me to AutoZone to buy what was needed. Came back, he fixed it. Car was as good as new. And great price!

I wish there were 10 stars to rate this auto shop. We were driving to Myrtle Beach and the truck's alternate started to go down. We googled and found this auto shop. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. This is an example of great Southern Hospitality. Nice family business run for sure !!!
Really nice and honest people. Family operated business. My wife and I where camping in Lumberton last fall waiting to go south that hurricane Matthew stop his destructive path. While visiting around the truck stop and would not restart. Friendly people stop by to offer help. A towing was called from Thomas Auto Repair. I was met by knowledgeable and cordial people who fix my truck in no time at a reasonable price. They offered me to tow me back at no cost if the same problem occur. I made it safe going to Florida and back to Montreal. Thank you very much to the team and to the friendly people of Norh Carolina.
