So, today I had some car trouble and went to Napa. There was a gentleman named Charlie who helped me. Even though a bad experience landed me there, his kindness, patience, positive attitude, and desire to help actually save my day. If he reads this, I just want to say thank you again. You're the type of person who makes people such as myself want to return to your store because they know they have someone there who truly cares.
At first I thought the 2 guys could wait on me, instead of standing over there. Then one starts talking to me. They were drivers and very friendly. I wasn't there long, just picking up a pre order.
I called to check on the availability of a certain type of coolant and was told they did have it in stock. I arrived to find they had placed it behind the counter for me. The staff was friendly and professional.
I used to get big discounts with all the money I spent at that store and now they hardly even knock anything off with my military or farm just like a tail light cost $110 with my discount I spent 58 now everything if I spend $200 I might get $3 took off and that $5 after you spent $100 you supposed to get I done spent $2,000 and I have not received a $5 off purchase yet
Broke down on my way through the area and although NOBODY had the part I needed, the guys here did all they could to help me including finding a way to make the wrong thing work for long enough for me to get where I needed to go for repairs. Nothing like breaking down out of town, in the dark, having no tools and the part you need not being available. These guys helped make the best of it.
