Staff was super helpful and very nice! I got a bunch of parts to fix a wrecked Honda, they gave me a good deal and were very knowledgeable on all the parts, their locations, and how to remove them! I’ll definitely be checking here for all my parts before I look anywhere else! 10/10
My Boss had call there in advance for a part and paid for it all i was suppose to do is pick it up. When I got there I had to sign the receipt, then wait , after driving an 1 1/2 waited , and called my Boss it wasn't ready. When I finally rec'd a part and got back with it it was the wrong part... and they had the paper on then of the part that was need and still gave the wrong part... very disappointed..
Drove 5 hours just to get there and have them refuse to sell me parts I needed unless I bought a part I didn't need, I checked with them before driving all the way there and I told them what i needed and was told to go ahead and make the drive . after I left the ad for the parts was removed so not to get a bad review .Bad customer service. Joke.
Top notch guys , really helpful and fairly priced . If they don't have the part you need they will help you find it. Each one played a part in helping me it was a great team effort. I read the bad reviews below before going but I wanted to be a judge for myself, I can tell you off the bat , all those reviews below, don't match what I witnessed. Will be my first stop for a part, if your like me and appreciate old school methods bring cash only.

I had a real bad experience with these guys, these are very unreasonable. after selling the wrong engine to me, wasn't the right fit. I took it back but they refused to give me refund.. only store credit I got for 2,000$

Ordered and received a transmission. A professional mechanic (30 plus years) was to install. He said it was the incorrect transmission for the vehicle. Took the transmission back within a week. They initially told me they would give me a check for my purchase. Next business day they said they would only give me credit. Bad business. I am a business that has been in business for 41 years. Never will do business with them again. This is not the way to treat people or other businesses. I will tell other dealerships and people about my experience.
This place is the worst, I mean the worst the guy Zach. Is a piece of work, he is rude hangs up the phone while in the middle of conversation, he tells u that parts are there but there not , hack he even will tell u he does not have a part but if they take u to the back there a whole freaking car there. If you pay cash and your parts bad they will swap you out a part but if they don’t have it you will get an in-house credit (note there 14 signs on the wall the smallest one says no refunds. Not the big ones that make u laugh) this place I would never ever ever ever ever shop at Zach your my reason Sir 311

Came all the way from winston salem to purchase s transmission, i called the first time to verify they still had it, i then called when I was leaving my house to let them know I was coming to get it and they said okay. I got there and somehow the transmission was nowhere to be found, wasted a hour and 10 minutes of my time plus gas, would not recommend whatsoever if you value your time and money
I asked specifically if the part I was looking for was there drove 45 min away to find out it was trashed and was treated like it was no big deal I buy alot of car parts and will never even give this place a dime!!
I was there to help my cousin repair an important piece of equipment that they use there. But I do have them looking for a part for my son's car. But I will say that if your looking for used automotive parts this is the right place to start. Have a blessed day.
I called a day ahead and asked for a specific part and gave the make, model &year of car I needed the part for. The next day they had a part for a totally different model of vehicle. Very inexperienced staff & I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service, lack of experience in the field that they are in! Perhaps if it was called 411 Auto Parts they'd have been more informed & in running their business! Good luck & God bless you!
This place is ridiculous!! First time we went had to make 2 trips out there from Lexington, NC. Went for a Chrysler 200 wheel. JR said it would take an hour for somebody to pull it off. It was listed on carpart as a grade A. Go back to pick up the wheel & it had scratches all over it & chunks of the wheel missing. So it should have been considered grade C. Go back today for a Chrysler 200 hubcap. We call before we drive 40 minutes out. JR said let me make sure we still have it before you drive out..2 seconds later he said we have it. Drive 40 minutes wait 20 minutes in the office & the guy comes in & says we don’t have those anymore. So wasted hour and half again!! So even if you call before and make sure they have the part chances are they won’t!!!
Got a hood today in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great price really friendly, helpful people. Will definitely go again if needed and recommend to everyone! Thanks guys!
