My boss said to come into work during the snow. I went into work during the snow. And got stuck in the snow in the parking lot. I called for a tow and they dispatched Jonathan within just a few minutes. He was very professional and had me out of a jam and back to the safety of my own home ASAP. I highly recommend this service.
Last night, my husband's keys got locked in his car. It's a 2008 Nissan and the car is not supposed to lock if the key is inside the vehicle. Not sure why this happened. After about 15 or so minutes of attempting the clothes hanger trick, I called AAA. Within 10 minutes, Jonathan from Hook'd Up Towing arrived. It didn't even take him a minute to get the car unlocked! We thought we were going to have to cancel our evening plans, but thanks to Jonathan, we didn't have to! Thank you so much for your help!!
They towed my suburban and I cannot for the life of me get anyone on the phone..... I even went to their office yesterday before 5pm and the open sign was on but no one was there, ive messaged them on facebook, left voicemails, and sent smoke signals.... this is really frustrating considering the fact that they charge per day....... there's no telling what it's gonna cost now..
If you are not open 24 hours a day (7 days a week) then it's illegal to advertise that you are. You might wanna change your business hours on Google and stop deceiving people.
I'm sorry that I did not get the gentleman's name but he was a large guy with several rings on fingers and drove flatbed truck. True professional!! This is my second experience with Hook'd Up Towing and they are the best!
Mike and Jacob and everyone on staff were nothing but kind and understanding of me and my issue. Just came through the round about in Randleman and the very rude tow truck driver was yelling and cursing at the people coming around the circle. Not a good look, would advise to avoid this company due to the instability of the people they have working for them.

Trust Juan to tow your sports cars and exotics! Juan picked up my Porsche 911 today and was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely careful. He's been towing exotics in Florida for many years, and it showed! He managed to get my very low Porsche onto the flatbed truck without the front or back end scraping, using some special boards he carried with him, and was excellent at backing into a tight spot. Juan arrived at my house with his jerr dan wrecker truck to find my friend's car precariously astride the brick wall covering the culvert of my driveway. Two wheels were off the ground with the car resting on the brick wall. Juan studied the situation and skillfully managed to get the car off of the brick wall without damaging the car. Jeremy was great! I was told he was finishing up another tow out of town and would be there as soon as he could. He made it to me promptly, and even though my phone died (and I wasn't able to take his call letting me know he was on the way), he showed up and found his way to my car, thank goodness! Juan helped me with a stressful experience when my car broke down on the side of the road. He was courteous, considerate, and friendly throughout the whole experience. Even when I accidentally gave Juan the wrong address to tow my car to, he did not get upset and he rectified my mistake by bringing it to the correct address. We were headed home after a weekend of camping and our truck transmission started to act up requiring us to call AAA for a tow. They dispatched Chris Clark to us. Was traveling with my daughters to visit Great Wolf lodge when I started having transmission issues. Was told it'd be 2 hours to 2 and a half hours from Geico until a tow would be available. Chris called me within 30 minutes to let me know he'd be to us within 20-30 minutes. He turned a horrible day of problems into solutions. He was incredibly kind and compassionate. He engaged in conversation with myself and my children and went above and beyond to make one of the crappiest days into a decent adventure for us. I recently moved from Raleigh to Charlotte and halfway to Charlotte my alternator died on a Saturday afternoon. AAA contacted multiple towing services that all turned me down. I had a sick dog in my car too. Chris from Hook’d Up Towing came quickly to help us. He was courteous and quick to arrive, and communicated throughout the tow. My car arrived at the service destination, and I was able to get my doggie to the ER Vet, all because Christopher Clark made it all happen! This type of service doesn’t happen often. Count on Chris!
The worst of the worst. They arrived to tow my husband’s truck after an accident in October 2021. Then claimed they didn’t have his truck! It took 3 weeks for our insurance company to get them to admit they were the company that arrived at the scene to collect his vehicle, and store it until a body shop could accept it for repairs. 3 WEEKS, people! By that time, we had exhausted our rental car benefit, but, that’s not the worst of it. They literally stole everything of value out of my husband’s vehicle! Expensive tools, tow equipment and more. Of course they have a “not responsible for lost or stolen items” disclaimer, so we have zero recourse. Please, trust me when I say this is a completely dishonest, untrustworthy tow company— take your business else where at all costs!
This company picked up my wife's jeep wrangler from our residence with a rusted frame to have a local repair shop to see if it was repairable. After the shop determined that the couldn't perform the repair we scheduled to have the car returned to our residence while we wait for a new frame to be delivered. The technician called my wife and said that he was at the shop. 1pm. We were not called texted or emailed all day. The technician never picked up the vehicle. Never called. And never called AAA to inform them or us that the car was not going to be picked up. We didn't hear anything from them until 2.am after the AAA representative called them to see what happed she was informed that the same technician that towed it there was unable to tow it back to my residence. This is completely unacceptable service.
Just had Juan pick up my truck!! Absolutely great guy if I was staying in North Carolina I would always get hooked up towing to pick my vehicles up. Held conversation with me the whole time while being super efficient with his work. Very professional but was able to connect with the customer on a personal level. We had a flat tire the other night and called AAA. They sent Hook'd Up Towing out to change the tire. The service guy called when he was on his way which was less than 30 seconds after hanging up with AAA. When he arrived he was very professional and took care of the problem right away. I am very grateful for the speedy service and would definitely recommend them.
A few weeks ago I was having car issues. I called AAA, who two hours later sent out this company. I've just moved back into the area after being gone for several years, and moved into a new place that I wasn't very familiar with, which I explained on the phone. I'll admit that I did not give the driver, Juan, the proper instructions, and I apologized as soon as he arrived. However, upon finding my apartment (he was delayed a total of seven minutes), he refused to get out of the tow truck, complaining about how I had given him the wrong instructions. I said he was here now, apologized again, and asked if we could go ahead and get the car towed.
He proceeded to say "you know, I don't have to tow your car." I wasn't escalating the situation, but I was impatient by this point. I said if he wouldn't I'd find someone else who would. Juan began to curse at me, telling me I was rushing him, after giving him the wrong turn and delaying him (again, seven minutes) and staring me down. I said I wasn't rushing him, I just wanted to get my car towed. He told me "don't talk to me like that again," after HE had cussed me out and refused to get out of the truck. It is staggering how unprofessional he was, even after I had explained my predicament and apologized for the wrong instructions TWICE.
After getting my car towed, I asked if I owed him anything. He called back to the company, and after a brief talk said no, but added in "you know I didn't tell them about all the extra work I had to do." This is all after me waiting two hours, and again, delaying him by a whole seven minutes. He got it done and it was a good service once we got started, but there were several much more mature ways to go about this, and being cursed at is not a good look. I didn't raise my voice, and while I was irritated by having waited, I was trying to reason so I could just get my car towed. Being met with aggression, bordering on hostility, along with passive-aggressive "extra work" comments by being delayed less than 10 minutes wasn't a pleasant experience. I hope there's some kind of customer service training, because you're going to deal with people in much worse moods than I was in, and they aren't going to be as patient as having employees cursing at them and talking about how much harder their job is because they took one wrong turn.

We were stranded at home with our car not starting. The young man arrived very quickly and was very friendly. It took a couple of different methods, but he managed to get our car started and offered advice on other possible causes for the problem with our car not starting. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would gladly welcome his help again in the future and I highly recommend Hook'd Up Towing LLC.
