Ordered a headlight that arrived damaged 3 WEEKS ago THAT WASNT EVEN THE CORRECT LIGHG and have still yet to be given a replacement or a refund. Been calling and texting the entire time. Asked for pictures of the damage product, sent pictures. Asked for pictures of the box, sent pictures of the box. Asked for even more photos of the part, sent them more pictures. Almost a month and I’m still without my money or a light. Monday I will be contacting my bank and discussing if there’s a way for me to do a charge back for the whole purchase. This is ridiculous!!
I have been dealing with this company for about five years and I can say it be Junkyard that I ever been to. I can’t say this is one honest dependable, and if they don’t have it, they will make sure they get it for you. I will send plenty of people to get parts if they really need it because I know Hugo Auto Sale will have it.
I bought a car from them recently and I haven’t driven the car in months neither have I heard anything from them, last time I heard anything was a 4th engine in the damn car smh how the hell you go through 3 to 4 engines in the course of six months JDJ who had this place but whoever had it before these people need to get it back, cause idk what I’m the hell there doing here other than cheating people out of there money. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE they ARE going out of business… I can assure you there are not who they used to be. What kinda business you know in auto sales that do things like this take the customers money don’t care about anything but that money, that car I put money down they still working on. Help me close this place down so they can’t steal or trick anyone else out of there money again.
Excellent place to buy used auto parts. Needed a rear crossmember for my car…found one here and they happened to have the best price around. Paid for it and a couple days later I got a call telling me it was ready for pickup. I was running late picking it up and was going to be there after they closed at 5 PM and they were nice enough to wrap the part in plastic and set it outside their gate so I could get it after hours! Couldn’t be more happy with this business and highly highly recommend them to anyone needing parts!! Thanks!
My husband and I used their towing services and they were extremely fast and so kind!! Mr. Gregory towed our vehicle and my husband just couldn’t stop talking about how cool he was! Sales faulty auto parts and doesn’t make right. Highly recommend to others to look elsewhere for parts after our experience. Sold a part that after being installed showed it was bad. Told at first he would find us another and replace it and now after calling back wants us to pay in full again. His word is no good and neither is his parts.
I purchased a used transmission for my Dodge Stealth from Hugo Auto Sales. The associates were very friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. About a month in and my car is shifting smoother than when I originally bought it!
Decent prices on some parts.To long of delay in getting parts removed.Not off the selves parts.Parts most be removed from used vehicle's. They are hiring staff.
Great prices quality parts!!! Bout a whole working transmission for 213.50 including taxes!! Install it into my car and works beautifully!!! Deffintly will be back!!
Waited 2 weeks for a part that didn't work waited for another week before going to buy original parts new... called them and told them I was coming back for a refund .as I pull into the parking lot they call a say they have my parts. Then charged me almost 20 for restocking.. it will be the last dollar they ever get from me...
There customer service sucks their sales manager Jonas was so disrespectful by saying you Virginians right before he put me on hold as if I couldn't hear him but before then they was telling me they had my car part but after I ask him for corporate number he's going to tell me the part that he's been telling me for a whole week that he has its now he's telling me it's damage and he can't sell it to me after I ask corporate I wouldn't recommend them to nobody at all and if I could give them negative Stars I would
