Extremely fast for a towing company. I was expecting hours and hours. The guy who helped me was really kind and saved me because I got a company car stuck in sand. He was great and non judgmental of how stupid my decision was to pull forward into sand instead of backing up (it’s a big truck so I get nervous backing up). He said his name was Joey. He def deserves a raise! Great customer service! Really happy yall thank you!

We parked at a surf shop trying to avoid paying but that backfired but the guy working on the 4th of July gave incredible customer service. Communicated clearly where we could pick up and how much it would cost. All around great guy chatted it up for a minute while we were picking up the vehicle. Dude deserves a raise for how knowledgeable he is in the business.

Questionable business practices. They towed me within 15 minutes of me parking along with several others at a business that was closed. It was $290 cash only and they couldn’t give me a receipt.

After completely destroying my tire hitting debris on 17, I called Hooked Up (I’ve seen them locally and went with a company I know I’ve seen around) and they had someone to me in minutes (or at least it felt that fast). I’m HIGHLY impressed! The detail and care he took hooking my car up made me so happy! 100000% recommend! I’m seriously shocked at how fast this service was with reasonable pricing. Knowing they are attentive, quick, and don’t price gauge in bad situations says how honorable they are! Not that I ever want to have to use them again, but if I need a tow in the future, this is my first call!
These guys are honest in service commitment. I called the company myself when AAA could not cover my vehicle type. The man who answered the phone chose to guide me towards a locksmithing service for my issue as opposed to taking my business and then further paying the dealership fees for a new vehicle key.

Hooked Up responded to my Life360 roadside assistance request. I was at local gas station in safe well lite area. I waited less than hour and staff was friendly efficient quick and knowledgeable. I had questions about driving on my spare 188/223 miles actually home. I have been blessed to not have flat or to have had one when I was within short miles of home. Thanks for great service!
Very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. After I had then assist with a flat tire, I had the tire repaired. The tire shop could not get the cable to put the spare back under my vehicle. I called Hooked-up Towing and they came out, fixed the problem, and put my spare put away properly. Shout out to Joey for his help and just being so helpful.

He called to give us a heads up on his eta, he was also very pleasant and professional, but most importantly he made three broke down out of town women feel safe and secure!!

Fantastic experience! When looking for someone to help with locking my keys in the car, I called several companies who couldn't get to me that day. Hooked-Up Towing told me 20 minutes and were there in maybe 10. They got it unlocked fast and were very friendly. To top if off, my keys were in the trunk and car seats had to be removed, the back folded down and the guy squeezed into the back of my Camaro and into the trunk. It was quite a spot to be in but he acted happy to do it. Wonderful service!
I received the BEST service from the Hampstead Hooked-Up Towing! They arrived quickly, were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. This is the second time I have used them and they will continue to be my go-to when I need help.
Horrible customer service, when I arrived they refuse to give me my possessions in the vehicle. And wouldn't give me my wife's medicine without me giving them a copy of my driver's license. I had to go to the surf City Police department to request assistance to get my items out of the car. Then they charged me $750 in matter of 2 days. My wife was in a car accident outside of our church. She was t-boned coming out and pushed into a sign entrance across the street. They charged us $350 to come out, $250 to winch. The vehicle up on the road and $40 a day storage fee. This is ridiculous. These guys are extorting funds from tax paying citizens, someone should do something about this. I spoke with a pastor I know and they tried to tow his car when he was helping his daughter move into her home. These guys have no honor or couth, I would never do business with these people and if I did not have to follow my wife to the hospital in the ambulance. I would have stayed and called my AAA and had it towed home. Again. This is a horrible business and they are out to extort whoever they can for any amount of money. They have no honor whatsoever. Please do not use this business, you will regret it. May the Lord add a blessing to whoever reads this and may they be forewarned of what they are

I was literally panicking because my car broke down on the side of a VERY busy rd and by the next morning the police had already put a 48hr tow warning on it. I can’t give Hooked Up towing enough stars! So fast, friendly, and great pricing!!! Shawn was absolutely AMAZING

Jason came to pull our car out of a ditch. It was dark, it was late, he came quickly and got our car out of at least 3’ of mud. Extremely happy my roadside service company called them.
An unfortunate accident resulted in me being nose first in a culvert at 45 degrees in a brand new Yukon. Hooked up arrived promptly and then waited patiently while the HP cleared the vehicle for towing. The tow truck driver used the utmost care and patience as to ensure there was no damage while the car was pulled out. He pulled the vehicle very slowly to make sure my vehicle settled gently back onto the pavement. It was a great experience.
I called AAA today as I have a warranty on my battery, they sent someone out who I thought was checking out the battery after AutoZone told me that there was a drain on it and that it was going to ruin the alternator. Then they told me to drive 30 minutes south to hooked up, towing and recovery for the battery to be warranted and to get a new one. I get here and then they say that the battery does not meet AAA standards and I drove 30 minutes out of the way for nothing when they should’ve tested it from the beginning. I thought they tested it but apparently they didn’t. Just told me to come down here and waste my time. Driving 30 minutes each way.
Then they tell me that Aaa doesn’t warrantee the battery, but I can buy one from them. Yeah no thanks.

I just called Hooked-Up to tow my Nissan Pathfinder to my local auto service shop (2/1/22). The driver arrived so fast it seemed like I had literally just gotten off the phone with his boss. The driver was professional, friendly, thorough, and worked quickly and diligently while being safe. He had us taken care of in no time! Their speedy service truly made a difference by allowing the mechanic to get my car in as early as possible. Their price was also more than fair which I appreciated. Great service . Always Quick and efficient when needed. had a recent accident and they were there within minutes to help me and my daughter. Great employees all the way around.
