Went about an hour and a half Drive was told they have an 18-in rim just to get there and he tries to sell me a 17-in rim then tells me to hold on and brings me an 18 inch tire I don't need an 18 inch tire and I didn't need to waste my time or gas thanks for nothing Robert
Stopped into Robert’s to get a used tire for my daughter’s car and left with 3! Very reasonable and fast, great service! I realized while there that I knew the owner for years. I used to deliver the newspaper in Pamlico and Robert had put me a used tire on in the middle of the night and on a holiday. Will be a repeat customer and recommend anyone needing tires or vehicle work to stop by and see Robert.
Life savers! We drove over a 3in screw from Oriental to New Bern. We pulled right in and they plugged us up ASAP. Friendly and Fantastic service!! Would recommend.
I went through three different shops for a tire change without getting my needs addressed before stumbling across RH’s. He gave me a knowledgeable rundown of my options, provided reasonable quotes, and when I gave him the Go, he took to the task with expertise and integrity. Some build-up on the rim had caused the tiniest of leaks, and I saw him change the rim out three times, scrape and scrub the rim, and reassemble before he got the tire to his standards. I learned that he comes from a generation of mechanics, and it made me feel good to know that his grandfather would approve of the legacy he left behind in RH. I also had to come back to pay him later in the day, and he was super understanding. High-integrity, hard-working, and a joy to talk to. Thank you, Robert!
