Landon towing was used as a third party to tow vehicle to repair shop. They arrived in under 30 minutes, easily accessible to inform where to pick up , and professional enough to not uave to look over their shoulder...WATCH OUT FOR THIS...THEY DID THERE JOB AS A PROFESSIONAL
Both the customer service rep and the technician who arrived were courteous and professional. The technician was very kind and clearly communicated the process and steps from pick up to delivery of my car to my tire shop. I appreciated his thoroughness and efficiency!

To begin I was very appreciative that they were able to expedite my service, especially when I shared that I was with my young children on a very hot day. The technician went into action quickly and did what he could to get me underway.
Oddly enough, this was a great experience. I’ve never had a flat tire before. They must’ve left work immediately because it took no time for them to get to me. Had the car hooked up and off to my mechanic in no time. If I ever need a tow company again, I’m calling Landon’s. 10/10

The service was great ! I apologize for forgetting the drivers name (young guy, red hair). He was prompt, professional while also giving personal advice and went out of his way to drive hours! Also, for a reasonable price. It means alot and I appreciate their time and service. I highly recommend. John-Taylor was his name :) Just remembered lol
I experienced great customer service. He calmed my nerves. I requested a flat bed tow from my roadside and received the opposite. He didn't know but he reassured me that my car would be safe. I really appreciate him for that. Great service and would use you all again, if need be!
Landon’s towing was great. Kevin got to me very quick and had my vehicle ready to go in no time. He was respectful and event helped me push my car more into a parking space at my apartment complex so I don’t get booted by them. Thanks Kevin and thank you Landon’s towing. I would use them again but I hope I won’t have to.
The team was quick, professional, kind, and super knowledgeable. Even though the delivery instructions we received took us to a random spot on the side of the road, they found an alternate body shop with good reviews to drop me and the car off. My ‘driver’ was a pretty superb guy! Definitely best case scenario in a difficult situation!

The tow service guy sent out to me was great! I don't recall his name. It was a younger guy. He was very friendly and professional. Seemed very knowledgeable. I should add that he is a safe driver too! I don't like being a passenger in vehicles but this guy did not have me anxious at all. Would definitely recommend!
The young man that came to tow my vehicle was wonderful. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, very helpful, and I really appreciate everything he did.
