Called the number on the page to get a price on a part someone answered and sounded professional but the call dropped or they hung up then I called back and another voice answered said "stop calling my phone" and hung up. Very confused lol I just needed the price on an alternator hard to say if this is the correct # for the place or not
I’ve called this place 7 times on various different vehicles. Brother man answers, gets your phone number then says “I’ll see what I got” and hangs up. Never calls back. Nothing. Even when I drive by and see the vehicle that’s in salvage that I’m calling about. Highly don’t recommend. Unprofessional and lazy.
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I had my transmission replaced by the mechanics here, costing me $2000, and it failed just a month later. Despite being assured that the warranty was 30 days, I was only informed of this after the supposed repair. I strongly advise against going here for any services if you value your time and money. To add insult to injury, the head mechanics offered to fix the transmission again for another $2000. It doesn't make sense to entrust my vehicle to them again when they couldn't resolve the issue the first time. Spare yourself the frustration from shade tree mechanics and opt for a trustworthy auto shop.
I'm not sure why he never called me back !! To be honest don't care ! My son and I were looking for a part for his 1st truck!! No call back, no bissness from me, ever!!! But I found my parts between Foss recycling and a little junk yard in sneds ferry behind car quest great people at both.
Guy wanted me to buy the parts before I could even look at them. No idea how many vehicles they really had, place was pretty gross, and there was barely any space to park. Complete waste of time
Extremely helpful. When it took a while to get my part, he installed it for free. Fixed what was wrong with my windshield wipers and was an all around great guy and super helpful!
Unprofessional, dishonest, and apathetic to customers. I'm never doing business with them again. I had to call them three times to finally get a definite response about my request, not only did they take longer than I was told, I was up charged even though I was asked what someone else charged. I wish there was a way to put no stars for this review.
The worst company I've ever ran across. The man acted like he was two different people and he wanted to take pics of me when I stated I didn't want to do business and asked him to show me that he deleted the pic out of his phone of me he started to get upset and drove off. My husband and I have done business here several times. Great experiences. Honestly the pmace don't look like much,but they do good work and deal honestly. They even throw in the little extras.
