I needed my car towed on a flat bed, and when I called, I got Chad. Super nice guy, very helpful. Great communication! Chad gave me a time, and Roger showed up, right in that window. Roger got my car hooked up and ready to go. Roger was just as friendly as Chad. I enjoyed talking to him. Roger is an asset to your company. Walls Towing was on time. Driver was knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt my car was in good hands. I went through AAA roadside so can't remark on cost but I am saving their number, just in case.
Chad and the guy that towed my car was very nice, but be prepared to pay high prices. $555 total for my car to sit over the weekend in their lot. I was also charged a full day for Monday even though I picked my car up when they opened. You can not get your car out of the lot on the weekend either which I was not aware of. Very nice people, but as most towing places go it is not cheap.
