Mike was more than professional and timely- he was kind and thoughtful during a stressful and overwhelming auto breakdown. He was out of town in Raleigh and made extra effort to get back into Wilmington to help me out as quickly as possible. He offered me water and a warm place to sit in cold weather. I am so grateful for Chambers Towing, and would absolutely call them again (fingers crossed I don't have to.)
You should stop looking at reviews and call these folks right now! Mike was a pleasure to deal with and made a frustrating situation a whole lot better. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. He handled our old buggy like it was his own brand new car. And to top it off, their rates were shockingly reasonable! I feel horrible that I can’t remember his name, but the man who came to help me today was outstanding. I called for a tow, but it ended up just being a service call because he was able to get my car started when he arrived. He was so nice and helpful. I would recommend Chambers Towing to anyone!
