Big shout out to RANDY! My tire blew 1 mile from my house. Odum’s was close by so I drove there and was waiting on my Children’s dad to come help me out when Randy came over and put my spare tire on for me. I didn’t have an appointment or anything. Didn’t even plan to have anyone from here help, but Randy provided selflessly and he asked for nothing! He was polite, respectful and displayed wonderful customer service. Thank you, Randy! I hope you get a raise and good fortune!

It is a very convenient place to drop off scrap metal, all appliances, and things of that nature. And they have been trusted by my family for years and years for auto repair.

The boys have always been pretty nice. Just don't get why they ain't open on NB a Saturday. Seems like no-one is though, but that's when ppl are off work to work on their cars. I do like that they'll look in the computer database & let you know who else has it if they didn't. Fairly reasonable prices though some things should be cheaper as it isn't guaranteed to work or has a bit of weathering on it.
Odum’s Towing came to the rescue when my car’s transmission quit on me yesterday. They came quickly and were very professional. They got me and my car to the transmission shop with no delay.
Got my car towed there to get literally thousands of dollars of work done. Sat there for 2 weeks. When I called about the status of the list of work to be done was informed they didn't have anyone to work on it
Nothing complicated. Just no one available to do the work.
Sucked.
I’ve been dealing with Odum’s for years! They have always been a good business but I have to say Taylor in the office is a top notch professional. I’m very impressed with him! I wish I could deal with him with every issue I have lol. If you’re looking for anything to do with a vehicle. Call and ask for Taylor! This young man will do whatever he can to help you! Been here months ago, however friendly, trustworthy, family owned business. My wife has been using them for parts for years. I would trust this place and the mechanics with any vehicle of mine. Great labor rate and great pricing on parts.
These people helped me out in a big way. Gave me the best price for some serious work on my truck. Didnt even try to sell me more than what I asked for, and they were all extremely nice and respectful on top of that.

Great service and very friendly. They helped me find a rim for my car that was really hard to find. When the wrong one came in they took it upon themselves to find and have the exact right one shipped to them as quick as possible. Very transparent in the process and patient as I called every day :). Hands down the best place to find parts in the area.
Okay so it's not a pristine clean, it's a towing and USED car parts. There prices are great, if they don't have a particular part on hand they are already involved with the Carolinas USED parts association and can get it shipped to them for little or no to much additional cost. They're also a service garage and will install it, with a warranty. They're 2 generations of service to the Queens Creek, Swansboro and surrounding areas
My car went off the road and a neighbor contacted Odum's. They were there within minutes and the guy who got my car out of the ditch was absolutely amazing. He was able to pull it out without any damage and was so nice. Didn't charge and arm or a leg either. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a tow service.
I have bought parts from here twice. They have great prices, and wonderful customer service. I recently bought a headlight assembly for my car which was $35 cheaper through them than another place.
Jeff the owner is very professional and efficient. Took my truck over to Jeff's, referred by a friend. Best decision I'd ever made. He very fair & honest!! That's rare for most businesses these days. I'd like to think of Odums garage as a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend them to anyone I know. The only downside is Cliff, he should be more polite. If they intend of keeping him around, take the phone away from Cliff!!
Fastest tow service and best repairs ever. Daughter blew the engine, Odum towed the car and replaced in engine in less than six days. Very reasonable price to boot. These people are PRO's and know their work inside and out.
DON'T DO IT !!Well well well...I called this place up on the recommendation of a co-worker. I just wanted a minor jimmy rig to a car window as a temporary fix until the following payday.
I'd had a coworker do it before after the second motor to the window went out. After the mechanic finished with his "uhruuuhs..ummms and..wellsl ...he finallly spited out an off the wall price which was more than i paid to have a new motor installed.... I will make it my mission not to recommend this place to anyone.... I thought it was just me feeling "mechanic panic". But after reading the reviews... This general opinion is.." THIS PLACE IS A BACKWOODS BAMBOOZLEING MESS"..
My car broke down at the gas station after i filled it. So i called them, they towed to there shop and said they would call me and let me know. A week passes and i have not heard anything so i call and they tell me they don't know and i need to take it somewhere else which they would tow it again for more money and charged me for 5 gallons of gas. Which there's no way becausec i had just filled it before they picked it up and when i asked about it he said its a deal that he could charge more. WORST SERVICE EVER. STAY AWAY
DO NOT CALL THIS OUTFIT a company driver working in the Jacksonville NC area today had to back his rig up in a neighborhood and got off on the shoulder of the road. The local fire chief (at Swanson NC) called Odum Towing and convinced our driver they were good and fair. In the end, the service truck had a 3 foot tow forward on to hard surface. The cost? $275 Anywhere else this bill would have been less than $200 and they probably would not have a "fire chief" to pay a cut to.
