If you're a driver and you can control it, you don't want to pick up here. Your appointment time is for no reason at all. You will wait for many hours just to get a door.
Very very nice people very respectful I was in and out in less than an hour the lady at the gate and the one at the shipping office both of them are amazing
We have cummins engine Isx15 2021 model on a 2021 Peterbuilt, there was a defect on the item. We had a bolt break off the manifold from the engine, this is a defect with the manufacture. This engine is brand new and is now costing me thousands of dollars to fix.
Loaded July 29th. Appt time was for July 30th. I called ahead to inquire about the load to see if the engines were ready. I was given accurate information got loaded a day earlier. I have read the reviews for this place and do not find them to be accurate. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and gave you accurate information. I was told when there is any delays, it is do to the fact the engines are still "hot" and the load isn't quite ready. Recommend calling ahead or showing up early.
Load maybe contracted as FCFS for this location but that is not accurate. Held up for 7+hrs and told “soon” and “you’ll be next” as they jumped ahead to 5 trucks that had checked in at minimum an hour after me. Whatever the broker will pay in detention is not worth the night driving, late delivery, and scheduled change for the next day due to the shipper’s failure to load in a timely manner. Driver’s your time is not respected here which is crazy for place that makes truck engines.
I wouldn't listen to most of the reviews. If you come in with a decent attitude they seem to be pretty nice. I had a 9:00 appointment got here at 8:00. It's 9:30 and I'm almost loaded
This place is one of the worst shippers I am been to. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment. The guy at the desk said they would call me. I don't even see anyone getting loaded. I haven't seen any trucks backing in. I've been back to the window and he just says well. I'll call you. I don't know anything. I believe that he doesn't know anything. I don't know if anyone knows anything.
When you arrive, stop at the guard shack. Ms. Jackie is very nice and pleasant. She will give you eye protection. Smile and say "Thank you." Follow the road around to the right. You will see where all the other trucks are parked. You may have to go to the next corner to turn around. After you park, check in at the shipping office. After you check in they will give you a dock. (Ignore the signs. You don't have to wait inside while they load you and you don't have to give them your key. You also don't have to print your name in block letters, just sign it like you normally do.)
If you are a new driver, the dock lines may throw you off a bit. There is only one line for each dock. Just back along that line and don't worry about the one on the right.
Once you get the green light you're good to go. Real nice folks here. BTW, I didn't have to wait at all. Don't forget to stop at the guard shack on your way out. Bad things will happen to you if you hurt Ms. Jackie's feelings. ??
This place has a total disregard for a loading checked in per instruction at 11am its now 3am the next day and still not loaded. What happened to mutual respect of being on time. The staff nor brokers care. Will never return to this place truckers have feelings and lives as well!!!!!!!!!!!
Appointment time was 1:30 pm and it’s currently 6:10 as I write this review. What’s the purpose of setting appointment times of your product is not ready to be loaded? I do not have a door and they do not know when they will be ready to load me. Everyone else that has come after me has been loaded and went on about their day. This is highly unacceptable and such an inconvenience. Make sure you bring food or your only door dash option is Hardee’s. I will never return here again.
Tech came out to address excessive gas pressure drop on generator when loaded. Problem had existed for years even though they did the original startup. Tech was very arrogant and kept insisting that my company was responsible for the problem. even though all we did was run ten foot of gas pipe and provided the regulators specified by the engineer. The problem was that the regulators required 5 psi of pressure, the gas supplier was only providing 2 psi. It took me 30 minutes to discover this, I definitely don't recommend this outfit.
Arrived 30 minutes early for 8:30pm appointment. After checking in with guard, then to shipping office I was put in door 9 and loaded within 30 minutes!!! In and out time was 8:00pm arrival and 8:45 Departure ??????
I don't know why I saw these bad reviews about this place. The guard was quite friendly, the shipping department was friendly and I'm getting loaded within 1.5 hours of arrival. No problem at all. Thank you!
Very unhelpful and slow and then they have you park in the corner where the ground is covered with nails make sure you get out and look at the ground befor you back into anywhere
When I come here I read all reviews and I had really terrible for that facility my appointment 11:00 am check in 11:30 check out 12:00 very. friendly people fast loading no need terrible come on here Thanks
Checked in 1/2 hour before appointment just to be told shipping is closing for the day on a Friday. Guard says shipping opens again on Saturday 6:30am. At least 10 other trucks sitting waiting hours before me not loaded also. Saturday morning we are still sitting here. I doubt seriously that any of the trucks will be loaded this 4th of July holiday weekend.?
Absolutely terrible customer service. I arrived an hour before my scheduled delivery time and had to sit and wait for over 3 hours to be unloaded. None of the workers or receptions made an attempt to keep you informed on what’s the hold up. They casually sat back and looked at you like they were lost. Floor and dock managers have little to no supervisory skills.
