I had a complicated issue with an older diesel engine that the dealer could not figure out. These guys took the time to accurately diagnose the problem and it is running like it just came off the assembly line. Very pleased and will only use this shop for repairs on my vehicles going forward.
There are not many things in life that are more important than having a good mechanic on your side, and Zwiebel's is the absolute best, most honest, and most fairly priced auto repair shop I have ever taken my car to. If you live anywhere in Moore County or surrounding counties, you should be bringing your car here. I have over 220,000 miles on my car and do not want to buy a new one, and Zwiebel's has been amazing at helping me keep my car maintained and running well. I will take my car to Zwiebel's any day of the week over taking it to a dealership for service. James, Dave, and the Zwiebel's crew are the absolute best you can ask for when it comes to taking care of your car, there is no better.
Getting scheduled for a NC vehicle inspection was effortless and the folks at the shop were super friendly. Will definitely be returning to Zwiebel's for future auto needs!
Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and helpful! I brought my truck by to check for a potential issue and the guys were great. I really appreciate that Dave took time out of what I am sure is a very busy day to look over my vehicle, and give me his valuable input on my concerns. When the truck needs repairs, I will definitely be bringing it to Zweibels.

They were honest with me. My regular service department recommended them to me for luxury import car repairs. I have a 2013 Landrover LR4 Lux. They repaired what was needed the next day. They did not try to upsell me with a bunch of extras. Identified the problem. Ordered the part next day. Completed the work when they said it would be. So far so good. I can’t say enough good things about the people at Zweibel’s and the service they provide. Dave did exactly what he told me he was going to do for the price he told me that he would do it for. I won’t ever take my car anywhere else again because these guys are THE BEST!
A year ago they tried to get me to sell them my car after saying it would be over $4k to fix and stole my phone mount when I said no. Took my car for an inspection and they said I needed a bunch of work (not true) to pass, I said no and they stole more stuff from my center console ($50+ worth). If they don’t take your money one way they steal it another. They say they are not responsible for stuff left in the car so they won’t get in trouble when putting it in their pockets.
I went there to have my car inspected. Then I asked for an oil change (they haven’t the oil filter, however, they were able to quickly get one!). Appointment was very punctual and I met very friendly and proactive personnel! I like this kind of places where you can tell immediately how professional the staff is! Very accurate prices as well!! It was a great experience!

This is part one of my review and first my impression is all positive. I called around to get quotes on a valve cover gasket for my 1996 Toyota 4runner and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly helpful, gave me a quote for the work and was upfront about the time frame. So far so good. Fair quote, honesty and friendliness. If I have any more work that I just don't have the time for, I am hopeful that this will be the place. Part 2 coming soon.
This place is amazing! If it weren't for meeting one of the workers here at a sporting event, I honestly would've never known how great this place is. I've been coming here for roughly 2 years now and they honestly have never failed me. From putting in a new engine in my jeep, to changing my BMW's oil, they can do it all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR HONESTY AND QUALITY.
I bought a used car in Southern Pines, I saw that Zwiebel's had serviced it previously, so I dropped the car off with them for a look at any necessary repairs. They diagnosed and completed wheel bearing replacements quickly and reasonably. There was a minor issue once I brought the car back to my home, 2 hours away. Chris found a place local to me, to take the car and even called the owner of the company to make sure everything was ok, and I was covered under the warranty of my parts replace. James and Chris went above and beyond regular customer service, I was pleased and impressed with the follow up!
YouTube mechanics here.. do not do business with these ppl.. very poor customer service. Spent $2000 with them to replace converters and not even a month later. The converters are bad and its taken them tw iou weeks and a whole day to repair, but have an attitude with me, taking their own precious time bc I'm not a paying customer bc of a problem on their part/behalf 🤬
Had to have some work done on my transmission. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful, even over the phone making me feel more than comfortable taking my truck there.
I took my BMW in for balance and alignment, let’s just say it took a long time and a older gentleman did it and said it was difficult, well they charged me extra account it took longer than expected. I was in Atlanta 6 months later and took it to Wagner in Marietta and they told me the rear was out so bad that the car tracking side ways, that I should have see it looking in the rear view mirrors. They are probably good at some things but alignment on Foreign car maybe not. I was there first time to renew a ball joint for tyrod and brake Bleed. And the second time was balance and alignment
They are great had a problem with my Chevy and they didn't stop until it was fixed..I will most definitely be coming back and telling people this is the place to come to
I took my jeep in to get an injector replaced only because I was 2 hours from home in the snow storm last month and during the replacement the mechanic fried my ecu/ecm circuit for injector 4 (probably didn't disconnect the electric during replacement). the store manager then told me it would be an additional $700 to order the ecu/ecm and he could fix it in a week. Needless to say I limped my cherokee home and ordered the part from "All Computer Resources" for less than $300. The jeep is running perfectly again and I will never how to this shop again, period! If I could rate them 0 stars for quality and backing their work, I would. Worst NAPA store I've ever dealt with.
Had some serious brake issues. Very impressed with the frankness of the staff informing me what had to be done, what should be done and what could wait for another day.
