I should have known from the 3.9 rating that I should not have dealt with them, but I needed a part that they had so I purchased a fender and a headlight assembly. As the other reviews state you have to pay for the parts and then pick them up 48 hours later which was not a huge deal for me since I lived almost an hour away. Everything went pretty smooth until I picked up the parts. On the headlight assembly, instead of unplugging the wire harness that was attached, they cut it. When I pointed this out to the salesman he said that it was normal to cut them, to which I explained to him that I bought a fender and a headlight because the car was in a wreck and it tore my harness and I just assumed they would unplug the harness instead of cutting it. He just kept making excuses for someone cutting a wire harness instead of unplugging a plug. Now I have to find a wire harness or try to splice those 7 wires. Would not recommend.
I recently bought a transmission for my transitnconnect from there, and got the warranty as well for 6 months, as soon as my mechanic saw it he said itlooked like it was in horrible condition and supposedly only had 111000 miles, when he put it in my van he told me it was no good and i went theough the whole refund process with them, they took WEEKS asking for more and more videos and photos asking forproof tha it was no good, after all this, they tried telling me that they had another one in stock, but would be almost 1.5 times the price I already paid, i told them no and finally got my check with the refund, but they did not want to cover the full cost of the labor which was supposed to be covered by the guarantee, do not waste your time nor money at this trash parts place.
DO NOT BUY MOTORS FROM THEM. They don't want to give me a refund unless I install a motor with 40-50% leakage on two cylinders and show it has a problem (20% is a maximum). They want me to pay the restocking fee for returning it when they gave me a defective motor and won't honor the 30-day warranty. They want me to pay labor to install the motor and have issues before using warranty on the motor when it is obviously defective. They don't cover labor even though they require you to install the motor first.

I've worked with this company for years, and will continue to do so. They don't leave me hanging on communication, and they treat people right. I would recommend them to your favorite shop, and your grandma, that says something.
Had an avalanche bumper shipped to their norcross office and received my part significantly more damaged than the pictures of it showed and what the A “undamaged” condition would suggest, as well as the premium price. I would have been ok with it if the price and condition designation were accurately reflected in the listing, and when I asked for the price to be adjusted (only asked for <20% back to cover the cost of a respray) I received no response. I wanted to give five stars because dealing with them was smooth and unproblematic until this. I can tell the damage occurred while they were pulling it off the vehicle (pictures were of it on the truck, undamaged), so they should own up to the mishap that occurred while removing it instead of just shipping it anyways with no other word.

Had one of the best price in town for the air bag and module for my vehicle. Great experience with Hope who helped me with the transaction. She was able to have both item shipped to me in a timely manner. After receiving the items, the emblem badge on the airbag was peeling off and was not like the one in the listing. However, Hope was able to assist and exchange for a better one. Great customer service! Highly recommended!
2 stars for picking up the phone...-3 stars for the attitude. They want 24hrs lead time to pull a single wheel, but also want payment immediately over the phone. BEFORE, pulling the salvaged wheel that I physically haven't seen the condition of?
BTW, new aftermarket wheels are $25 higher than the unknown condition salvaged wheel. THANKS for helping me realize the correct path.

Very happy with their service, I needed a set of rear leather seats for my car and I was worried that I will receive them in bad shape, with broken hardware. But they arrived in perfect condition so I just had to clean them up and they were ready to be installed. Will go back to them next time, when I need a used part.
I was looking to order a part online but the time frame in which it would come in took to long so I called in to verify they had the parts I needed for my vehicle, they verified they did. I asked if I am able to stop by and pull the part myself, they told me they don't allow clients in the junk yard and they pull all parts by themselves, that's understandable. I asked them for a time frame when it will be ready for pick up and they gave me a 24 hour window. As I was hanging up they said they need a deposit, I gave them the deposit and my contact info. Next day I get a call saying that they couldn't find the part anywhere on their lot and can get something ordered for me for almost double the price. I don't know if this was a one time thing or recurring , but I am giving 3 stars because of the poor experience.
