Charles Marion Hines…the owner who goes by Chuck was caught “testing driving” my car at 11pm at night. He drove my car 120 miles round trip to Raleigh to go to dinner with his friends for personal use. (Apparently his business uses customer cars as personal transportation under the cover of test driving; after hours) I asked why he didn’t advise me he was taking my vehicle in this manner and he says he doesn’t ask for permission. I honestly feel for his workers Joey & John because they seem to be honest guys. However their boss is a straight up con artist. The sheriff was notified and I was provided a case number and information to file a criminal complaint. Needless to say they will be coming to pick him up for “Unauthorized Usage of A Motor Vehicle” THIS IS YOUR WARNING! IF YOU ARE READING THIS STEER FAR AWAY.

Chuck and the entire staff at ABI LLC are my "go to" mechanics for any and all my automotive needs and vehicle checks. Very honest and fair, and as a female, this place is a rare and amazing gem!!! My vehicle is my livelihood and my life is in whoever's hands are in my vehicle. I trust ABI and Chuck completely. Highly recommend ABI .

Never let anyone work on your car without getting the price up front. They got me this time. Two little marker light bulbs during an inspection, took 1 min a piece to replace cost me 35 bucks, went to auto zone, bulbs cost 8 bucks for 2. That's 27 bucks for two min of work... That's 810 dollars an hour labor cost.

Chuck and he's employees are honest. I'm new to the area and had a problem with my trunk. The first time I came for service he took care wheel Bearing and Hub Assembly: The price was right. I had to have my rear brake rotor and pads. Once again the price was right. And the job was done right.. Great and honest establishment. I have and will continue to recommend this Auto Business.

They are the only ones I trust with my car. They do not talk down to you either. As a female that is important to me. Chuck and Jon are great. They fix it right the first time. Quality work and I have never been overcharged by them. They take the time to make sure the car is safe for you and I could still afford to feed the kids after the repairs were complete. To be honest they have saved my life twice that I know of. Bearings and control arm. I love these guys. So glad I found them after moving to the area 10 years ago. I will never take my car anywhere else. Auto Business Inc has earned my trust and loyalty.

Searched for a mechanic that was decently priced and good and they are AWESOME. Mr. Chuck is a great person and will work with you. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

This is the ONLY business I trust with our 4 vehicles. I have been doing business here for over 23 years. They are honest and fairly priced. I know when something needs fixed they will fix it right the first time. When they tell me how much the major work costs it is always accurate. They don't try and upsell you either. They are all great guys and they are honest and will do you right.

Beyond reasonable on pricing! They have never done additional work without calling prior for approval! They have worked every vehicle we have owner from brand new to a 1996! This will always be our go to! Thank you for all you guys do!!

WORST PLACE IVE EVER SPENT MONEY AT. Called the business talked to Chuck and was quoted $450 for a Clutch Replacement with me providing the clutch. So gave them a shot. Come to pick up the car expecting to pay $450 and told me it would be $1025 out of no where. Charged me $735 in labor, $130 in parts that I supposedly needed, $62 for their employee to go get the “parts” I “needed.” So I sucked it up and paid the $1025 just to get my car back. Then I take it down the road and won’t let me rev over 3500rpm all of a sudden.

Excellent, friendly, service. I have been taking multiple vehicles here for 20 years for both routine maintenance as well as major repairs. Like doing business with a small shop where the same people work on my cars and get to know both me and my cars. I trust them and am a happy customer. Updated this review to show that I have now been bringing my cars here for 20 rears. Same great team servicing them and I continue to be a happy customer.

I went in because I read good reviews about their service. Hands down the fastest, friendliest group of men I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for my quick 20 minute in and out service!

I called ahead and spoke with Chuck in reference to my annual vehicle inspection. He not only was able to get me in right away but the service was fast and efficient. In and out in under 20 minutes. Chuck and his crew were professional and welcoming. I will definitely continue their services as needed and recommend Auto Business Inc. to friends.

Depending on who you ask in the community rates what kind of experience you will get . Who is doing the labor will tell you if your going to be returning 😁or🤯😡🤬 they have definitely been on both sides of the clientele. I really have not been impressed by ABi sense the 50 $ tire plug job I was charged for a very inexpensive job oh yeah for it to hold the 5 mile drive home was going to be to much to ask for that repair.🤨 I was having a bad week already I should have known that would be an issue

Came here to get a plug in my tire, they put air in it and charged me $5, I guess they saw me in uniform and figured I’m in the Army I can afford $5 air. I went to another tire shop after, they helped me out, plugged up my tire, and after I told them what happened they gave me a $5 discount. Don’t trust them.

Great place to get your car serviced at!! The mechanic will replace the lugs by hand, so that I’m able to get the tire off when I have a flat. I have asked for this at other places, which they say will do, but don’t and use the impact wrench Then off course, I can’t budge the lugs at all!

Always a pleasure to do business at ABI & spend time talking to Chuck the owner. He has always looked out for my family as far as cost & safety. My Dad started going to ABI over 20 years ago & the service has only gotten better with time. I find it important to back the small man in any business to keep the business flourishing especially in times as these. Always prompt and polite. Reasonable prices and quality service. I buy my tires online and have them mounted there. I also have them do the annual inspections for my vehicles. They do an awesome job.

I really tried hard to give this place a fair shake. I've brought my vehicles here for both repair and inspection but, after 5 visits enough is enough. Every single time I have ended up paying more than I originally planned to pay. It never fails that "something extra" needs done. The first several times I thought ok well, they are looking out for me but now that it's becoming a trend with every single visit? Something smells fishy. This last visit, based on discussed price I planned to pay around $180....$350 more later I'm done. There has not been a single time that I've been here where I was told a price walking in the door and paid that same price walking out (considering tax, etc). My vehicles are all less than 5 yrs old too. Save your money, go somewhere else!

Excellent, friendly service, at a fair price. I have used this business for years to maintain my cars and have always had positive experiences with them. I value that it is a small business and that the same mechanics work on my vehicles. They know me and my cars well and I trust them.

So I dropped my cobalt off today so they could find the problem for me, and not only did they find it, they brought us into the shop and showed us what everything was, how it all works, and what was broke. This isn't the first time we have had good service here. Everyone is nice, prices are fair, i highly recommend them.

Friendly Staff with fair prices. Fixed my rear brakes which proved their value the next day when they saved my life on All-American Fwy when some knuckleHead decided to cut me off and hit his brakes because he was in the wrong lane. The guys here know what they are doing and they get it done no worries. I advise anyone in the 24/27 area to make this your first and only stop for vehicle.

There is far more places to go for services that are more friendly and honest. Went in to ask how much a used tire they said $ 38 ( $ 3 higher than everywhere else ). Then after they get it put on he let's me know there is a $ 1 charge to dispose of my tire. First of all that should have told to me in the price and not after I decided to get the tire. I uunderstand it's just a $ 1 but I felt like I was getting played for it. I will never go back.

I am a single mother of two and I moved to Cameron over three years ago. Prior to coming to the Auto Business Center I had horrible experiences where I was financially take advantage of by surrounding competitors of ABC. The first time I walked in, I was greeted by the owner,treated with respect by all employees and informed of all cost before repairs were started. Since then I am proud to say I continue to get the same outstanding service. I bring my car to Chuck and his guys because I trust them and their professional work. I will remain a customer of ABC as long as I reside in this area. I highly recommend this business to everyone looking for the best auto service you can get in Lee, Moore, Harnett and surrounding areas. Was only able to give 1 star because a -3 wasn't available. Save your money, and go up the street to M&B Auto. From my experience, they tell you how much the cost is on the phone, and tell you something different when you get there to pay. I'd get the prices on paper before letting them do any work on your vehicle. Letting someone know how much you actually charge (when it's more than originally stated)once someone goes to get their car is the definition of a hidden fee. They went ahead an even ordered a part for me before even asking me if I wanted the service. Went to these people for a long time, now i'll never go back.

Good customer service and integrity. They sold me a nice used tire to replace my dry rotted spare. I had to take it back later because of undetected sidewall damage. They saw the problem immediately and when they didn't have another tire my size in stock, refunded my money instantly. Didn't work out this time but not their fault and they made it right.

While having my tires changed on my 5th Wheel Camper, I noticed that my wheels were cracked. I left the Camper and went to where the owner suggested. While there I asked what kind of tires they sell, they were the same ones I was buying. They were also AT LEAST $65 more each.. The Owner was helpful in making my decision on tires, where I should go for wheels, and gave me a price that was $260 less than a "competitor"!
