This is the second time I've used Nelm's towing, and I had a great experience once again! I highly recommend this towing company and will only use them in the future
I may not be able to speak about their services however I can speak on behalf of their company and employees character. While stuck in traffic, I witnessed a car smoking which quickly turned into a fire. Their town truck was 4 cars ahead of me and quickly pulled over and ran towards the danger that most would run away from. Before any police or fire could arrive on scene he had assisted the women out of her car, was trying to put out/control the fire with his personal extinguisher and was helping direct the other cars safely around. I commend his character and bravery in this and can say that if I was in need of car service they would be on top of my list.
Mark at Nelms towing is awesome. He showed up when no one else would, answering the call late Saturday night and showing up exactly when he said he would. We cannot thank him enough for all his help. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Best company I definitely recommend using them if you need towing! I was stuck on the ramp during the snowstorm and was unable to move my car. I search tow companies near me and I was able to get great service. The guy who towed my car was such a sweet person so genuine so caring. Nelms towing provided great service! It was late at night and he was the only towing service that answered our call. He was friendly and very helpful throughout the whole towing process. He went above and beyond. He even went back and tapped the door closed (since the frame was broken and wouldn’t shut). He treated our car like it was his! I highly recommended his services! I called Nelm’s towing after my tire blew on me on the highway. Mark was so nice, compassionate, professional and sympathetic of my situation, not just with my vehicle, but with my children. He towed my car back to my residence and changed my tire. He also made me feel secure during the towing process by updating me and sending me pictures. The tire change was also quick and easy. I was very thankful for him and his service! 10/10 recommend !!

My husband and I had a flat tire late on a Friday night. We called Mark for a tow and he went to great lengths to try to help us track down a tire, including calling his friends with tire shops and looking on FB marketplace, because he was convinced it would be cheaper than having our car towed. Thank you to Mark who did an outstanding job helping me out. I was stranded at the Times gas station for many hours. AAA NEVER came but Mark came through for me. He repaired my truck and made sure it was up and running for me. People who could have helped didn’t but Mark came through and save me a lot of money and repaired the truck on the spot. Mark was such a pleasant guy to deal with. Triple A was giving the run around and he showed up in no time and fixed my truck without even having to tow it. He would have made more if he just towed it but he is an honest businessman. The world needs more like him!

If you want quality and efficiency go to Nelms. Talk about the light at the end of a tunnel. I was in desperate need of a tire change because I had some missing pieces in the trunk with the spare;but I didn't not have to worry. By far the best customer service I have received in a very long time! I worked with Mark who was helpful from the very first phone call. He gave me a quote and an estimate pickup and delivery time for the very same day service, arrived early, and delivered beyond the promise! I would highly recommend them if you need a tow service for anything, but in my case an automobile. He took pictures and sent them to me, showing that my car had arrived safely, and followed up several times with email and text messages. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guy Mark Nelms, came and referred me to a gentleman who came and fixed the ignition key on my VW Jetta for half the price for what the dealer was charging. He was originally supposed to tow me but ended up saving me $400, and got my car running in a few hours. Mark you are a blessing from God.. Amen!!
