We called them over the holiday weekend for a tow on a golfcart. The owner generously jumped on a facetime and helped us through our issue. He could have easily came out to tow and made easy money but instead helped us over the phone and didn't charge us a dime. Yesterday morning I had a bad tire blowout on my way to work with no spare available. I called Nelms around 5:30-6am and he responded in a timely manner. He was able to get my car off the side of the highway and to a safe location at a reasonable price. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use him again!
If you want quality and efficiency go to Nelms. Talk about the light at the end of a tunnel. I was in desperate need of a tire change because I had some missing pieces in the trunk with the spare;but I didn't not have to worry. The guy Mark Nelms, came and referred me to a gentleman who came and fixed the ignition key on my VW Jetta for half the price for what the dealer was charging.
