Our class B travel Van had engine issues and needed towed to the nearest auto shop. T & D were there in no time and even had to go back for a different type of towing setup due to the height of our van. They were so kind and efficient. They towed us to the best auto mechanic they knew which had a hotel close by. A total class act and the towing fee was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company!
Kyle saved us! We were broken down on the side of I-40 and were going to have to wait 2 hours for AAA!!! Not only was he there quickly (15-20 minutes) but he had us sit in the truck in the AC while he loaded the car and entertained us on the ride to the repair shop. Kyle really lifted our moods and was a godsend!
Great place if you only want your vehicle towed part way to your original destination! Left my vehicle on a neighboring property because driver refused to drive up a huge very well maintained gravel driveway due to a light dusting of snow literally barely sticking (only on gravel) less than 1/8 inch dry snow ! Then driver tried lying that insurance wouldn’t cover a tow truck doing towing job due to inclement weather because he realized how ridiculous he sounded lol 2wd vehicle I drove up didn’t even slip just lazy and wanted to unload in huge parking lot. low budget crooks working here boys take your business elsewhere if you value your dollar and fair work
Edit: to the hilarious lies in their cover up response . Drivers were told they would receive bad review because their reasoning was ridiculous, why would I call in to complain to the same people I just told I was going to leave a review? I could clearly recognize the 2nd drivers voice, no the public needs to know about your shenanigans so you get told here along with everyone else. So hopefully they can make better informed decisions when choosing a tow company.Getting tons of calls yet I thought you were on your way home directly after the job you couldn’t complete for me lol this took place when the snow was barely falling, people are slipping and wrecking because like your driver they can NOT drive again they were on the highways where I had to have my vehicle towed from a mechanical issue not bad weather ! Also learn to read no one said HUGE hill except you it’s a HUGE driveway meant for heavy equipment!Saturn never spun just had to back back down driveway to get keys you left inside my vehicle instead of handing them to me lol funny “the office who responded “ knew model only driver would know lol good reviews like bad one have to be earned take accountability for not completing your jobs instead of trying to flex how much your crappy bald tired rollback that’s still owned by a bank cost! No one cares how much it cost again that’s why you have insurance like every other service business in America stick to doing the service instead of trying to make excuses to well informed customers take your review like a man you deserve it you knew it was coming you had the chance to do the right thing when I told you how ridiculous you were acting but you decided it wasn’t worth the risk to you ( 0% risk at that moment considering the GRAVEL driveway wasn’t and still isint slick) but you decided to take the money and do half the job so take your review and stand by your idiotic decision stop with the lies and excuses
Cheap thieves stole my stuff and my tools from inside the truck. At first he tried to convince me that someone broke into the truck, but when I confronted him with his lie, he told me that they had to clean it out ???! The insurance company sent an email not to take any items from inside the truck. I was able to take some of my stuff that was in his storage and there are still missing items. Cheap thieves. They even stole my clothes!!!

We got a flat tire while hauling hurricane Helene relief supplies to Marion, Tory came out and got us loaded up and to a tire shop quickly. He went above and beyond to take care of us and we truly appreciate him!!

We had the unfortunate circumstance of having the water pump go out on my truck while headed to Tennessee. Thanks god it happened before Black Mountain and that we were able to get off the interstate. We called T and D and within an hour they were there and had my truck headed back home for what I consider a fair price. To the person I spoke with on the phone to the driver they were both nice to speak with. All of this happened on a Sunday and am very happy they were available to help. Would highly recommend them.
$4,200 to save the company truck I drive from rolling over. I had reached the point of no return & needed expert assistance. Officers on duty knew exactly whom to call. Mr. Donny has been driving 30+years & chatted with me about his beautiful wife & his father & directed me to focus on the fact that this situation could’ve be a WHOLE lot worse. I did not get fired & now understand that any driver can have a mistake occur. Gps signal went out & the lights on the “no trucks” sign wasn’t lit up properly. In the dark I got the roads confused & the rest is history. Thank yall again & big blessings for your family Mr. Donny. Thanks so much to Mark at T&D who helped coordinate transportation for our family to safety off the highway after a late night flat tire and then flat spare along I-40. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to adapt to our needs in the moment are much appreciated. One moral of the story is for everyone to check air pressure and the condition of your spare tire before it's needed.

Highly recommend T&D. They are prompt, professional, and care about their customers. My family and I were driving down the mountain back to Florida from Beech Mountain. The truck shutoff and would not start back up. No phone service. Freezing cold. I had to walk down the mountain to English dairy farm and they got me in touch with T&D. Tory arrived within 20 minutes and got us all safely down the mountain to the mechanic within 10 minutes of arriving. Thank you for your help!

The serpentine belt on my Mercedes broke as I was heading down the mountain east of Asheville. Austin from T&D arrived within 5 minutes and towed it to an auto parts store where he helped me install a replacement belt. I was back on the road just an hour after the belt broke. Extremely efficient and friendly service!
We can’t say enough about T & D Towing today. My husband and I were traveling from Florida in North Carolina when we experienced car trouble. We got off I40 and the truck became disabled on an off ramp. Very dangerous situation. T and D came within 10 mins. Because of the nature of the trouble it became difficult to get it on to the big tow truck. Immediately another driver with T & D came to help (John and Tory) and together they got our truck on the tow truck and to the local Chevrolet dealer. A stressful situation where John and Tory helped ease the painful situation. Professional company that went over and above!!
My car broke down in Marion, NC this AM. Words of great wisdom: "nothing is more expensive than a cheap Mercedes". My '95 SL500 has ignition problems that prompted a tow up the mountain to Ridgecrest, about 20 miles away. They said it would be 40 minutes, they were there in 25. Driver was great - professional and friendly. Got my car up the mountain at what was a surprisingly reasonable price. Could not have asked for a better experience (other than not breaking down, of course). Very pleased with every bit of the experience with T&D. Very highly recommended!
When my daughter was run off the road on a Sunday and we could not get help from our roadside support, one call to T&D and they were there to help. We ended up needing to take the car to a shop for repairs and T&D helped with that too. I'd recommend them to anyone!
Vacation was off to a terrible start and needed tow service for truck and camper. This family quickly came to our aid and went above and beyond. Definitely exceeded our expectations. They turned our day around and we’re very grateful for them. We’ll be back to visit in the near future.
The man who showed up to tow my car wasn't the friendliest. He seemed right rude, actually. It's possible that's just his disposition, though. He came quickly, and he loaded and towed the vehicle safely to where I needed it. ( Home) .
This was around 6:30 pm one evening. Recently.
He did communicate truthfully and said a few things that sounded respectfully reasonable in our dealings.
I guess he just rubbed me the wrong way. Also said he couldn't accept change for the extra part of the tow bill that wasn't originally quoted to me. Over the phone he said $70. Then once he was there I suppose tax had to be added. I went to make change out of quarters and a half dollar to make up the difference. He kinda laughed at me and kept telling me he couldn't accept it and later added that his boss wouldn't allow it. ? Fair enough.
I ended up charging it to my credit card. All is well that ends well.
Completely pleased with this company. Picked us up at 1am and towed us an hour away to my parents home, couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to deal with. Highly recommend! Best pricing too, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Called them out on a Saturday night near midnight for a broken down vehicle. Fast arrival, excellent service. Very competitive rate. I added them to my contact number on my cell, they will definitely be getting return business and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you T&D!

He dropped our vehicle at a local garage then took us to a hotel.
