excellent service. Replaced my 2 remotes' batteries in less than 5 minutes. Oil change done and all systems checked prior to a 1100 mile journey. Removed a pebble from behind the disc dust cover making an awful noise. Nice waiting room and friendly staff.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Broke down on my way to visit a friend on Saturday. Called 3 different places that were booked 2+ weeks out before I found Highlands Automotive. They got the car diagnosed first thing Monday morning & had my radiator replaced by Thursday morning. Thank you everyone!

The team at Highlands was very professional and handled my situation very promptly and were very communicative during the service process.

I took my car there for waranteed work, took 3 days for them to even make contact with the waranty company. While we're sitting at the house with no vehicle. Assured us that the work would be covered. It wasn't. Never told us it would take days to get it sorted. Had them fix the belt and they charged me a $75.00 diagnostic fee. So, basiclly it cost me $200 for a serpentine belt replacement. We won't go back and won't recommend to anyone. Locals can't afford your high prices and will spread the word.

The responsiveness was good. A person answered the phone and checked on the status. I liked dealing with John. took a while to take our turn, but once they got to our car, he was done promptly.

Wow! From start to finish they were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My car was driving funny while on vacation. I brought it in and they diagnosed quickly. They moved other appointments around to fix our car in time to leave the next morning. John and Jason were very helpful.

Great shop! The crew went to Asheville to pick up the parts and installed them on the weekend to ensure that I was able to return home. I highly recommend.

Daughter took her car to get a front turning bulb replaced. It took 11 minutes max to replace per invoice/receipt.. $43 labor. That works out to $232/hour. Went and asked about it, was told they could maybe credit me a portion on an oil change.

Once again, a very positive experience with highly skilled mechanics. I have been very pleased with their services for a great number of years. I highly recommend this company.

Highlands Automotive was terrific in handling my recent inspection. Their service has always been prompt, professional, courteous and much appreciated.

Went in to Highland's automotive. I had. a few things fixed on my car. One was my check engine light was coming on and I had informed them that they had a recall on the catalytic converters that we're in my car and evidently, they chose to ignore that and replace 2 new C02 sensors. And my check engine light came on again and went back there and they reset it. And 3 days later, the check engine light came back on again. So so I took it down to the dealer and come to find out even though they charged me for C02 sensors, they never replaced them, and also they never noticed the crack in my manifold, so I will no longer be using them plus they overcharge for parts Which I took the invoice. They gave me to the Chevy dealership and had them look over it, and they were outraged at the prices they charged. If you're just a working person, you can't afford to go there. And if you're wealthy and don't know anything about vehicles, I would be very cautious. And I've heard very negative things about them, but I don't judge people on other people's negative response until it happened to me. So beware. And i'm only giving him one star because it wouldn't let me post it unless I gave him a star

Am from out of town but used them once to fix a flat tire. Seemed very attentive and fair. Old fashioned service at a good price. Felt compelled to give my tech a nice tip.

Out of town and my car began having issues where it was not drivable. Jayson and team were helpful and kind. They got my vehicle on Dec 30 and returned it Dec 31 after running diagnostics and fixing the problem!

My daughter got a flat tire from a nail puncture on 12/31. Highlands Automotive fit her in in the late afternoon on New Year’s Eve, repaired her tire, mounted it and put spare back in trunk for her in no more than 25 minutes. A very fair price. No mechanical repairs, but a very positive experience. We’ll definitely use them again.

While we are sad for Highlands Auto to have lost some of their best employees, we were not dissappointed by the excellent speed and service given by Jason and Guy....and the other guys from the back who serviced our car. Many thanks!

I received a low coolant message on my MB SUV yesterday. I took the car in and arrived right before they opened at 8 am. The staff person said they can top off any needed coolant but would need an appointment for pressurization testing. Guy opened the front hood and immediately noticed some spraying of the coolant above the cap. He topped off the coolant and then noticed the cap and some damage to the threads, which he showed me. I asked him if they could order a replacement and he said they could. I pulled the car up to go inside and give them the car information and as luck would have it, they had the matching cap. Great service!

I really feel like my Audi had the service it needed, nothing more or less for a fair price. Monica in the front office is awesome — she explained all nuances of the multi-point inspection and also communicated with me regarding status and pickup timing.

I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, they ended up taking my keys and starting my oil change early! They have a nice lounge to chill in with free WiFi, coffee, water, male and female bathrooms, and some comfortable chairs to sit in while your vehicle is being worked on. It took them 59 minutes to change my oil and rotate my tires and it was a PHENOMENAL price! I will be going back for regular service!
