  Had the need to tow two cars from Winston-Salem to Huntersville. Both cars had been sitting for over a year and were located in difficult to reach places.   Chris was so nice and quickly changed my tire when I got stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire. My spare was not in great shape, so he let me follow his tow truck to a nearby tire shop in Lincolnton in case I had any issues along the way. I was able to buy a new tire and get right back on the road. Thank you so much, Chris!

  I have used them twice in the last year. Both times they arrived within a few minutes of promised arrival time. (I called a 2 & 3 days before to schedule pickup)The scheduler and drivers were polite and helpful. My vehicles reached their destinations safely. Reasonable, competitive fees. Will use them again.

  We locked our keys inside our truck today at Tractor Supply and AAA sent Hamptons. Their rep was so nice and quick. It was less than 10 minutes from time I called for help until he was there and opened the truck. Great experience.

  Hampton's is great! John always makes time for our company trucks and has them back on the road quickly. I have tried many mechanics over the years with our business and personal vehicles and no one can compare. Excellent customer service and the "know how to fix your vehicle the first time" is hard to find but Hampton's has it and all for a reasonable price!

  Shout out to our guy wearing the "niner nation" T shirt. He was very nice and got us off the side of Hwy 321, Although...AAA needs to contract more services. Hour and a half on a highway with no emergency lane is dangerous.
