Terrible place to go,parts yard sucks as everything is dropped into the dirt I had to get a transmission bolt which I could barely get under the f150 I needed bolt off and im a smaller guy,I brought 8 car batteries and 3 aluminum rims from a tahoe here for scrap , they only gave me 40 dollars and some change I should've been getting 15 dollar per rim and 8 dollar per battery don't waste your time or money with this place there are to many other places in the same area ,I go to webbs metals for scrap and lkq for parts and both are good and professional
I used to love going here but now they will not get another penny from me. My husband is having trouble with his mobility and when we went to get some much needed parts he couldnt make it back up the hill . I went ahead of him and ask the fella in the main entrance if someone could go back for him because he couldnt walk it. Needless to say it had taken over a hour to get back to the entrance and he was in such pain. I told them they weren't going to get our business anymore and we left very disappointed
Lord it doesn't look like that now . I'll go here before I'll go pay full price for it at a dealership. Good guys and you pay several dollars bring your tools get what you want pay for it as you're leaving!!
Cars have a lot of parts missing, dont look like they ever renew there inventory, plus the one or 2 wagons they have are junk so you end up carrying your tools all over..
It's and ok place for parts, but make sure you know what your looking for in 100+ degree weather out there! Watch the ground wear bug spray, and please if you go out looking for where they say a vehicle is make sure they have that one. We went for a pacific part on a nissan murano and they "said they may or may not have it" but neither had a motor as they had booked in their books so we walked around the whole yard and found a sister to the car that we could use parts off of. Just make sure they know what your looking for or close enough (I would still check yard if they say they do/don't have it) only reason for a 2/3 star rating!

We found 2 manual replacement windows for our dodge truck. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and respectful. Both windows we pulled come to 58$... Not to bad since it was like 60+ each on line... Again thank you to the very helpful young man today. We really appreciate you!

Otherwise the place is a total mess! The picture you see on their site is b4 they bought any scrap metal. The road going around where the scale is located is so tight now because of cars and junk piled up. After you unload you have to go back around to the scale and reweigh. If someone is in front of you unloading you'll have to wait for them to finish in order to get out. There's no way to get around them. I really wish they would fix that!
They told me that they had several of my cars, drove all the way there to find out they didint. But on a good note, they do have the cars a little more organized then most places. And it's $2 a person to go look and pull your own parts. Good luck!
People don't know what there doing shouldn't run a business I don't see how they stay open really they put people on hold for a long time over 10 minutes and then if you do get threw their prices are so high this is why online is taking over with eBay and amazon. They should think about people more and not be mean.

I own a used car dealership in Lincolnton I have been in operation for years and done business with many junkyards and used parts places. This one was by far far far the worst called ahead of time to let them no ahead of time I was coming to get the part. I arrived at location at 1:58 p.m. it is now 4:10 p.m. and they still do not have my part I had to personally go back and get the people to start the job myself the guy running the Pull-A-Parts in the back was standing beside the vehicle when I walked back talking. I too initiative to go ahead myself and start removing the part and was asked to re return to the front office and I am still waiting all the while time is money and my day has now been totally taken by As Auto salvage.
I went for a specific car was told they had one looked for 30 mins walked all the way bk. To the building told him i couldnt find it and then he told me 3rd row its red and had a no. On it that he then gave me on a pice of paper .after walking for 2 miles i finally found the car. Moral of this review helpfull info. Would be nice before i headed out to the mud pit.
The whole experience was pleasant. They handled themselves professionally and bought scrap metal from me with no problems. I was even directed to other location nearby that has the parts I'm looking for.
They are completely unprofessional. I called they told me to hold and I held for like 10 minutes so I got tired of holding a hung up I call back he asked me to hold again I’ll told him that I was holding for like 10 minutes already before I got 10 out of my mouth he hung up on me. That was rude and unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there!
Ive been in the car bussiness for over 30 years. Im so happy to have such a nice salvage yard within 7 miles of my shop. Very neat and professional place. No doubt!!
First and last time. Sent my wife to pick up a head lamp assembly since they are not open weekends and like most people I work during the week. Charged her $45 for a fogged up scratched and pitted lens. I could of ordered a set on Amazon for the price of what they charged her. Try to support local businesses and that's what you get. It's not that it can't be polished out and sealed but it's my time and cost of materials to do so when I could of just ordered a set and installed two new assembly. Part was maybe worth $30 better off to to go to a pull it yourself place and see what your getting if going used route.

I called for a fuel pump for my vehicle, they said they had it. I called back to verify whether or not it was off the vehicle or I would have to remove it, I was told it was already off. I then drive 30 miles to get it, then I'm told the vehicle it was coming off of had just been pulled in for tear down. I am then told it would be available 4 hours later but I would have to put money down on it? The only way I could post this is if I gave one star, otherwise I would give zero stars for wasting my time and money on gas. That is all.
Omg we just called and ask about a bolt that we can buy new for 6 dollars and he wanted to charge me 20 dollars because he wasn't going to go out in the mud for a bolt what kind of business is this place they suck and I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
I called ahead to confirm that there was no damage on the headlight I was interested in purchasing. The person on the phone told me that it was only haziness.
First Impression: I walked into the door and saw a gentleman typing on his computer. I took a second to assess the place and to give him time to finish what he was doing. But he never payed me any attention.
FINALLY, he asked what he could do for me. I told him I was the one interested in the headlight. He went to get it for me and brought it out. IT HAD CRACKS all over it! Why would you even sell a piece of junk like that?
I told him that I couldnt make a purchase and he didn't even acknowledge me at that point.
TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
