We needed a transmission for our car, and our mechanic sourced a transmission from this company. As it turned out, the mechanic was expected to recognize the difference between the transmission for the 4 cylinder model and the 6 cylinder transmission of our car by sight alone. It was the wrong transmission.
The salvage yard would not take the wrong transmission back or refund the 550.00 paid for it. The money we now have to spend on the proper transmission was earmarked for urgent veterinary bills. And now we have a transmission we can't use that we'll have to sell on facebook or ebay or something.
If they're reading this, I'm willing to amend this account of events of they'd like to reconsider refunding us for the transmission. There's enough salient detail here for them to know who we are. It's not like we can call them. They stopped taking our mechanic's calls.

Would give zero stars if possible. Dispatched to pick up a load from them going to Ohio. Arrived to find the place closed. A local gentleman said he didn't know when they opened but they'd been there pretty late the night before. Another local came by to do some business and told us the hours were irregular. Multiple calls received the same response of "It'll be about an hour." When someone finally arrived, it took another hour to load. Four hours total. Very unprofessional as well as discourteous on the phone and in person. A load can't be delivered on time if you aren't loaded on time.
