Called ahead to make sure a part was available. The staff were super friendly and took us out to the car to look at the part we needed. Once we said yes to the part we went back to the office and within 15 minutes they had pulled the part and were ready to help load it.
I called ahead to confirm whether brokers were accepted and was told yes. The following day, I received an email stating that they do not work with brokers. This resulted in unnecessary delays and wasted time. Clear and consistent communication is important, and if brokers are not accepted, that should be stated upfront.
I really had a bad experience. It's really bad. I called and asked, and Jeanette answered the phone and told me the parts were ready. I asked her if I could pay over the phone and send someone to pick them up. She said no, only in person. I said okay and sent someone there to pick up the parts. We drove an hour, and I had my customer waiting, so I sent my employee to pick up the parts. They made my employee wait 2 hours until we got the parts. That's unbelievable.

Spoke with Kelly concerning a small part that the dealer wanted $265 for. He was quick to quote me a price over 5x less! I received the invoice via email within minutes and should have the part within a few days. He was polite, quick and knowledgeable about what I needed. I recently bought a part for my jeep wrangler and this place is awesome! They were very kind and knowledgeable. They really know their business! I got lucky I guess cause I was on the delivery route that day so they brought it to me!! Amazing service
People, do NOT deal with this place. I see all the bad reviews now that it's happened to me. I called the night before they were closing up and they told me they had a part in stock and wouldn't pull it until paid for. I live an hour out so the guy I spoke to wrote the information for the lady in morning to be ready for me. I call this morning to verify everything before driving out there and was told they have it. I drive out there and first off, everyone is eating at the front counter and I had a guy trying to talk to me while chewing his food. The lady didn't have any information for me but the guy eating said it was him I talked to and verified everything I said. Then he leaves. About 20 mins later the lady is giving me a number to a shop in fayetteville I already called a day prior and their price was almost double. I asked why and she tells me they don't have the part! Just a waste of time! So I called my mechanic who referred me to them to fill him in on what just happened. The owner then comes out and tries to make me leave because I was "talking bad about them" smh. I never raised my voice, or got stern, just telling my mechanic my problem eastern auto now has me in. The owner was rude and having a pity session about accountability and how hard they work! Just shameful, pathetic and unprofessional all while crying wolf. Don't waste your time or good money on selfish people like these.
Would not recommend doing business here. I purchased a door. Ended up being the wrong color so I attempted to return it the next day with a 25% restock fee I was fine with paying(roughly $115). They refused to do the return just because they didn’t want to. Extremely rude about it and had zero explanation besides “ this isn’t Walmart”.
The worst place I have ever been. They listed a 2017 front bumper assembly for $450.00 as an A Grade part with no damage.
I called the lady and agreed to pay $450.00 for the whole bumper assembly as listed and she agreed.
I drove 2 hours one way and came to pick up the part, they took me to the lot and I found the lower bumper cover was hanging tear down and not usable at all.
The man on yard and the lady at the front desk were very disrespectful.
They wasted my whole day. Don’t trust this place and don’t waste your time at all.
They not only sold me the wrong part (as shown in photos, I needed the passenger knuckle, but received the driver knuckle) but they also sold me other parts I did not need that costed more than what I actually needed. There was about $30 difference of what I was sold to what I actually needed and they would not give me the difference in what they owed me. Bad business.
Ordered an instrument cluster from them. It came in a soda can box (Sprite, not joking) with no protection. We found pieces of the mounting points inside the box. When it arrived damaged and unusable, they stated they do not refund money for parts. Will never do business with this company again and would advise any one against using them. There are plenty of other vendors out there that stand behind their products. I still can not believe it showed up in a soda can box, as if shoe boxes are so hard to come by.
Very satisfied with my experience purchasing an engine from here. Everyone was welcoming and helpful with the whole process from picking up the replacement motor and returning the old to receive the core credit. I’ll definitely return for other needed parts.
Called about parts. Lady on phone said, don’t know it’s under a shelter and we don’t list them on an inventory list. Drove 20 miles 40 miles round trip) and they did not have the part. Two people at the counter, propped on the elbows, no smile no greetings, not friendly. Female owner came in and never spoke never smiled. Not good Customer service at all. Will not deal with them, or do business with them in the future.
Always a 5 star experience when you deal with eastern automotive. Not only did they have the part we needed to get our HVAC van back on the road, but they pulled it with everything needed to just bolt on to our van in 20 minutes! The part looked great, fit great, and cleaned up nicely.

Was looking for a frame for my truck, and this was the only place that had the exact frame. Not only that, but it was in excellent condition. Came from over 4 hrs away to see it, and decided I wanted to purchase it. So they stripped it in a couple of hours, and I was on my way out. Not to mention it was a very reasonable price and everyone was pleasant. Place is also very well kept, clean, and organized. 5/5 stars
FANTASTIC!!! We drove 2 hrs just to come pick up a rim for our truck. These people were AMAZING! We will DEFINITELY be back. It’s well worth the drive to work with awesome, honest, hardworking people.
I called on Thursday around 130pm looking for a sunroof assembly. The guy I spoke with quoted me $200 for the entire assembly. He asked me how to remove it, and I explained it bolted in. He said they would get it removed, and I would get a call Friday morning to let me know it was ready. I called at 11am on Friday to check on the status. I spoke to a different man who told me I was quoted for just the glass, and it would be $400 for the assembly. I told him I was very clear with the man I spoke to before that I needed the entire assembly so they should honor the quote. He put me on hold a few minutes and came back and said they would honor the $200 and have it ready for me in about 30 minutes. I then received a call 20 minutes later, and he claimed the sunroof was no good. He said the motor was bad. I told him that was fine because I didnt need the motor just the assembly, and then he said the glass was broken.

Awesome staff!! I went to eastern automotive to pick up a car door for my Veloster. The guy at the register was very polite. They even took the door off the car, didn’t have to pick and pull! The two gentlemen who helped get the car door in my trunk were very friendly, funny and overall put the cherry on top for the whole experience. God bless you all and thanks for your help!! They even let me check out the car they took the door off of. Very cool. I live about an hour away from the establishment. Definitely worth the drive. I got the new door on my car and it’s basically in new condition! I will be coming back here for more parts. Outstanding atmosphere, did not expect this. Awesome job guys.

The owners are very experienced as well as polite and knowledgeable. Very professional environment but you are welcomed like one of the family. Also, if they do not have something your looking for, which is unusual, they will go out of their way to find it for you. Eastern automotive comes highly recommended by this satisfied customer!! I want to start by saying we have been in the car business over 30 years! I sent a driver to pick up a part. They wouldn't take our company check in person and wouldn't take a payment over the phone. Neither Keith nor Kealy communicated and made their payment policy clear when I told them we were coming to get the part. Employee Kealy told me I should have asked. I've dealt with a hundred used parts dealers up and down the east coast and this is the first place I've had this kind of issue. Lack of communication and unwilling to compromise. They didn't want or need my money so they probably don't want or need yours. Take your money elsewhere!
