My son ran off the road and ended up in a ditch. My husband called AAA and they said it would be 10 hours before they could get a tow truck. So my son called a tow company and paid them $400. The tow company contracted with Goldsboro Towing to get the car. The guy went to the car and instead of calling MY SON the one who PAID for the tow he called my husband? My husband left his number on the car for AAA. When my husband answered he asked are you from AAA? The guy said YES! So my husband said we don't need the tow...he only said this because he knew my son had called another tow company. Why would you say you're from AAA if you're not? Then call the company and said my son cancelled. You didn't talk to me son!!!! Now the company will not refund all his money, only partial. Easytow USA and Goldsboro Towing got to keep money you DID NOT EARN! Highly do NOT recommend!!! Be aware
Quick friendly and believe it or not FAST service! Called at 9pm, car was being towed from side of the road by 925pm and off side of the road by 930. Couldn’t ask for something so quick in such a frustrating time! Much appreciated.

Michael is THE MAN. Great service, even better human being. My car stalled out on I-95s with my pregnant wife, 2 year old daughter, and 2 dogs. I waited 6 hours for AAA for them to tell me that my wife and daughter weren’t allowed into the truck. I declined and called Michael. The rest was history!! He is worth every penny PLUS the tip.

Mike towed my BMW with run flat tires from Benson, NC to Leith BMW in Raleigh, NC. The tire was pretty well destroyed from hitting a big pothole on I-95 going 75 mph and had to be replaced. He then took me and my friend to the Hilton Hotel in downtown Raleigh. BMW Assistance dent him to us. He was very professional and a savior to us!!! 2017-07-09 Mike is truly a God sent, he picked up our 2012 BMW 550i in Goldsboro and took us to Goodyear Sam's Club to repair passenger rear flat tire, Mike was the one that found the location of the nail in the tire and pointed it out to the guys at Goodyear Sam's Club while the car was still on Mike's tow (trailer).
