Waited over 2hrs for them to show up then my insurance company called them to try to get in touch no answer. This world is not the same anymore. Was told by my insurance company as well not an reliable company. Nobody is perfect but still it's the principal of great customer service.
We were going to get our car to the shop because it wasn't starting. Long short of it, I was using cheap jumper cables so the jump wasn't taking and he pointed it out. Got us jumped, saved us an auto bill, oh and he got here freaking quick!
While on the phone with Nationwide to schedule a tow the driver called me. I returned the call and no one answered the phone. I called back several times and still no one answered. The driver turn around and never showed up. 45 minutes later when I called Nationwide back 2 determine the status of the tow truck the Nationwide operator received a response from the driver stating that he would not pick up a tow because he wasn't sure if someone would be there. How in the world can you not be sure if someone would not be there if they are broke down. I was stranded for 2 hours because of him. How unprofessional!
These guys are awesome! Quick response and very affordable! They service guy that helped me was professional and was friendly. We had a few laughs too. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks a lot guys!!!!!!
We didn’t use this company. However did use another company within their building (the company use was great). The towing company (specifically the owner), TERRIBLE!!! We had to wait for about 2 hours for him to get to the building so we (my sister in law), to get the car. He knew we were waiting there however took his sweet time because we weren’t there with for his company! So rude!!!!! I understand that we weren’t using his company, however now we never will because of his poor customer service!! If I could give 0 stars I would!
Poor customer service. They wrote down the wrong number to contact us, and even though they showed up at the correct address did not walk in and ask for us, they just left. Then state they would come back and as of 5 hours later still not show up to pick up our car. I call to ask a few questions and the business said they were not going to pick up my car and find someone else, very unprofessional.
Absolute worst customer service. I called around 1:00 pm to have my vehicle towed and they said they would have it towed. After calling 4 more times to confirm that they were going to pick it up I gave up at 7:00 pm and had Deans pickup the slack. I highly recommend Deans or any other tow service. If you use this company, I hope you aren’t in a pinch...
Driver Ron was very friendly and was a pleasure to talk to for the duration of the tow (: I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for excellent service along with a great experience to this towing company! They have some awesome guys on the road! Definitely 5 Stars from me! Thanks again!
*This review has been edited to remove the part about insurance run around since that was not directly Quick Towing's fault. Never once was it mentioned to us it would take 2 hours. Like stated below, at 9:48 we were told the tow truck was 9 minutes away. at 12:01 we were told the truck was 5 minutes away. Both employees that had contact with us were incredibly disrespectful and I would also love a copy of the recorded phone call. *
So incredibly shocked at the way I was treated by staff. After being told the truck was 9 minutes away, we waited another 2 HOURS before reaching out to get an ETA. No numbers that were provided were actually valid, so a quick google search got me a phone number. I was told the driver was 5 minutes away. For my records I asked who i was speaking with, and made note that at 12:01pm i was told the driver was 5 minutes away. The phone operator snapped at me and told me he just said the truck was 5 minutes away and was pulling down the street. I again asked for his name to which he hung up on me. The tow truck driver arrived shortly after, was disrespectful to my father and did not require he sign anything. I’m so incredibly stunned that an insurance company would contract with them and have contacted them to reconsider any agreement they may have going forward. I know there are other, more reliable and friendly, towing companies in the area. You’ll be better off with one of them!
After almost dying on the side of I95 because our minivan tire snapped off we were frazzled to say the least. Our insurance company sent quick response towing. Ron was terrific! Aside from taking care of the towing, he made sure my family was fine. I can’t complement them more.
10 minute response time. Customer service was excellent. Driver was nice enough to even help me put my vehicle in my garage. I would definitely use and or recommend again.
These guys are great! I was given a time frame of about 30 minutes and they showed up on time. Ron, the driver/operator, was friendly and efficient. He got my car onto the bed of his truck without any issues and offered to relay my information to the mechanic shop I was sending my car to, all for a fair price. Quick Response will be my "go to" tow service if I am ever in need again.
