this guys try to hold the time as much as posible to over charge you,they coming to road service without tools and after going back for tools and you still have to pay for all this time
My truck broke down in the middle of the night when no one was open. I left white bags in the widows and came back in the morning not even 8 hours later and the truck was already gone. Nevermind trying to locate it when we found it it was already towed away by this company and then charged us $690 just to get out truck back. On top of having no office in the area and they have yet to send anyone over here. I have been waiting 3+ hours when the guy was supposed to be here in 30 minutes.
Bryan N is a great dude... professional, skilled, honest, caring and took extra care with my classic car like it was his own. Give this guy a raise, for real.
Bryan N. on truck number 82 took very good care towing my very large and difficult to tow RV. He took extra care to be sure not to damage anything as well as not to tear up the grass. If you ever have any kind of towing needs I would definitely recommend Bryan N. on truck number 82!!! He is a good family man who takes pride in his work.
Brett was amazing, kind and very helpful. Came pretty quick and gave good advice on what to do moving forward with my car. Jeff was also very sweet and patient on the phone when I was full on panicking. Both men were very polite and extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend and would call again if stranded on the side of the road. Couldn’t thank them enough!!
So I get a flat tire and use Barbour's Towing on a Friday. After waiting for over an 1 1/2. They show up with a replacement that didn't even last 48 hours. $700. So I call them to replace or fix it or fix it... They want another $600 to do so. AVOID at all possible. If not, buy plenty of lube......if ya know where I'm going with this.
Was in a pinch on 4th of July. Bobcat got stuck in mud and sank. I called and they were at my house in less than 45 minutes. Thank you for saving the day!
