We had transmission issues with our vehicle so we stopped at a rest area in Statesville. The trailer we were towing had a flat tire as well. Brian H. went above and beyond to help us get home. He helped us patch the tire and led us to a gas station with air so we could fill the tire and to ensure we made it safely. He was great at communicating and planning where the vehicle would be taken. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. He made a stressful experience much better. Thank you Brian!
These people have wonderful leadership. I had an emergency that couldnt wait and this lady named Ms. Kimberly was so caring and respectful. She was sympathetic and quite the God-send. She went above and beyond to meet my need. You know the feeling, when you just can't thank someone enough. It would be less than honorable for me to not thank the fellow Brandon. Im so thankful. If ever you have a towing need or mechanical issue Ultimate Towing are excellent people and the character of their company shows through their employees.

Tonight I had to reach out to get my car towed. It was “THE BEST” towing experience I have ever had. They responded quickly, Chris was super nice, polite and very helpful. I wish every tow I had to have was like this. This is a company I would absolutely call on again. I definitely recommend this company. If you are reading this review like I do for many this I tell you in my opinion don’t look any further just call them.
I had to use them tonight because I locked my keys in my car. I called and they sent me Haley and she was there within 15 minutes. She got me in my car within 5 minutes. She did an awesome job and she was fun to talk with. If I do it again I'll definitely call back and ask for her. She is awesome! She deserves a raise! Great customer service. Very polite on the phone and a tow truck was there to help me in less than 30 minutes. Brandon even pushed my vehicle so that the tow truck could get to it. Brandon was nice enough to give me a ride home and delivered my truck with great care and respect for my vehicle. My car was not starting at 9pm at night, triple A was taking too long to respond so I decided to call ultimate towing. They immediately drove to me and took care of the situation! Super friendly and nice! Highly recommend giving them a call when in a jam! Affordable too!!
Fast, reliable, and friendly. Ultimate was able to help us out for a fair price, and we couldn't be happier. A cracked radiator on an 80+ degree day is no fun time, but Noah and Brandon both made sure we were confident and comfortable every step of the way, from any potential wait times to bringing our car home.

Tim and Seth were amazing! 45 foot Entegra Cornerstone difficult pull out of a huge hole! Two heavies and well trained experienced guys that stayed from seven pm till three am fixing suspension air ride issues. Would recommend to anyone! Great guys!!

The best towing experience I could have asked for. I was broke down and stranded 5hrs from home pulling a travel trailer. I didn’t know who to trust so after reading a few reviews I felt Ultimate Towing was my best option. It most certainly was!! After dropping off my truck and camper at their storage yard the driver (Noah) gave me a ride to a hotel and gave me his number to text him the next day for a ride back to the storage yard. The other drivers at the yard helped out also. Even looked at my truck to see if they could help. Also called several truck rental places to enquirer about a truck rental for me. If I ever break down again, I hope it’s within the range of this tow company. I don’t see how anyone could do a better job to help me in the most vulnerable position I have ever been in my life. Thank you!
I blew an airline on my motor home in Fancy Gap I spoke with Curtis at the shop, and he told me to bring it in. Within 5 minutes they had my airline fixed and found another issue as my muffler was leaking, they were able to repair my muffler with a quick weld job and had me on my way in about three hours. These guys were on it fast friendly and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone. Thumbs up guys!
We were very desperate to find someone to tow our vehicle to the mechanic yesterday. I called around and finally found Ultimate Towing & Recovery. From my initial phone call, and having all of my 1,000 questions answered, without hesitation, to when I called back to book the tow, to the guy that actually towed the vehicle, back to the front counter to ask for payment. They were efficient, quick, nice, and caring. After telling my ordeal that we have went through with this vehicle the sweet lady upfront took $10.00 off the tow bill just to help out. Which even $1.00 would have helped after all the $$ that has been spent on this over the last 2 weeks. She didn't have to do that, but she did, and I will never forget that. The actual tow itself was early and fast and very very professional. So, if you find yourself in the need to have a car towed, please consider this shop. You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks to everyone at Ultimate....we will never forget your kindness.

The tow truck driver, Drew, was very professional and went out of his way to help, brought us to the tire company and to the Comfort in which was about 1/2 mile away. This was very much appreciated as we were just finishing up an 8 hr drive when our tire blew. It was rainy and we were exhausted. We can’t thank.him enough.The tire company was very professional, as well. We had to get a new tire and we were back on the road by 10:30 am.
We are happily home in Florida and very grateful.
Absolutely the best towing service I’ve used in many years! Prompt service and the driver Edwin, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Moving a car that has been sitting for more than forty years can be tough, but he used his very evident experience and managed to get my car tucked into the garage even with locked up wheels. I cannot say enough good things but I will definitely refer people to ultimate towing!
