  We received fantastic service today from Donny in the service department when we stopped by for some help with our Century 612 wrecker. He went above and beyond to identify the problem and to find a solution from International truck parts. We greatly appreciate the help and the great conversation with him!

  Will never do business with them again. Was quoted around 3200 to repair bed lights, hoses, and add a remote control. Called the day before pick up and was told that it may cost and little more but the man didnt know how much. Go to pick up the next day and was charged over 8000$. Was not happy but had to have my truck back. Halfway home the bed lights went out again. Was charged 45 hours labor for a job not even fixed. Truck was there from Tuesday evening to Friday morning. After complaining for a week the owner sent a 2000 check back. But still not happy. Called a lawyer but would be next year before anything could be done due to the virus and shutdown. Hope no one else gets ripped off like us.
