I was stuck on the side of the road and called this tow truck company a little after 8. They were amazing from start to finish. As soon as I gave them the call, they knew exactly where to find me—no confusion, no back and forth. The driver arrived quickly, was very professional, and got everything handled fast. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went during a stressful situation. Highly recommend their service if you're ever in a bind!
Birchfield’s Towing responded the quickest out of the other competitors within Fayetteville. We were stuck on the road late at night and other towing companies were giving us an ETA of 2hrs or more. Birchfield’s Towing arrived within an hour. Special recognition to Josue who was efficient at his job. He arrived with a friendly smile on his face and got the job done. Beats pricing of other competitors and available before the other pricier towing options. Josue was very communicative, understanding and sent me an invoice to get reimbursed from my extended warranty with an hour or two and delivering my vehicle to Chevrolet. I am definitely saving his number.

Great customer service at a reasonable price. I was able to drop the keys off for my car, told them what day and before I was off work it was picked up and at my house. The guys were very helpful in getting the car not just off the trailer but in the garage. Can’t recommend these guys enough
My truck was downloaded into a shop where it crashed into the auto shop where the insurance company only agreed to pay a percentage of the costs. In which had me pay 1500 out of pocket and I’m stuck with a grey,red, and blue truck and out pretty much all my savings and have to still pay to have it back to original

This is the second time in a month we’ve had to call a tow truck. I highly recommend Birchfield’s Towing if anyone needs a tow truck. Each time they’ve gotten to us in about 25 minutes, were fast loading, priced fair (and even offer discounts!) and drivers were very professional. I also love that we’re supporting small, local, Veteran owned business for our needs. Just thought I’d give them a shout out for all of their help the past month.
