Great place of business. Did a offroad recovery of my 24 wrangler no extra charge of what I was originally quoted by my insurance. Fast response time & very respectful didn't catch the drivers name but he was driving truck 11. Thank you
A friend and I were returning home when her car broke down . That’s bad enough but we had her great grandsons with us . They came to pick up the car and stayed with us until we could get a Uber ride to bring us to the shop . Her insurance company which is Geico were absolutely no help and would have left us on the side of the road ! So again thank you so much Brownies Towing you were our angels today
Car wouldn’t start this morning. Went through GEICO and said Brownies was 60 mins out. About 20 mins later Will showed up and got to work. Figured out it was the battery and her towed me to get a new one. He went the extra mile to help me with some information about my car at the auto store because I am clueless about that stuff. Couldn’t recommend more. Professional and an absolute life saver!
First of all, I love that they are super fast. If your ETA is 60 minutes, they’ll call you in 10 minutes saying they’re 7 minutes around the corner!
I have an older car that’s been showing her age in this triple digit heat. Brownie’s Towing has been a lifesaver. I’ve called several times within this last month. They have the most professional crew- down to the lady that answers the phone in the office to their road crew. A special shout out to Mr. Abe that only came out to jump my classic but offered to change a flat tire on my other car (I was going to do it myself). I would have been okay with him ignoring the flat tire because it was SO HOT that morning! I called my insurance company to make sure he got credit for that additional job. Also, a special thanks to another tow driver, I think his name is Glen as well as the young man from West Palm beach that’s very knowledgeable about older cars. Honestly, every single crew member I’ve met have been super professional.
Came to get a truck over the holiday. And just dropped it off at the dealer. Didn't check it in or drop keys anywhere. The truck sat for a week before it even got checked in. Don't rely on these guys to do any work aside like I did.
Had them tow my vehicle from a shop to my home when he got here I asked him to move the vehicle over so it wasn’t close to the middle of the driveway, I live on a hill and it was left in the middle of the hill in an unsafe spot. When I called to ask them to come back because I could still see him down the road he blocked my number and I called the company and the woman on the phone said that he doesn’t get paid to move it and that he gets paid to tow it and it’s not their problem. He also left markings all up and down the driveway including a wide line of oil.
I needed a tow this past Saturday and through my insurance i received Brownies. The tow truck driver John was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Would recommend him 10 out of 10!!!!!!!! Thanks John for your service and professionalism!!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience dealing with Brownies. They towed my car from my driveway to a shop. The driver Chase drove off my driveway and cracked multiple pieces of my driveway. I immediately called him and explained the situation. He told me "there was no other way to get your car". Yes there was and he never asked. After multiple attempts to reach Brownies they still have yet to answer me. Even after my lawyer reached out to them Brownies has yet to answer me or my lawyer.
When one of our work vehicles need a tow Bownies is the only company I call. Everyone I have talked to from the office staff to the drivers have always been a pleasure to work with. Levi is my favorite! I thank you guys for helping out when I need you

We were coming to VA from Florida returning from a vacation. At the rest stop in 95 we noticed a bad leak from our RV. John came to our rescue to tow . He was friendly and professional. He made a bad day better. Thank you John. The way you handled our bad situation was awesome. Definitely a 5 star company.
Initial estimate from Geico was 1 hr 15 mins for Brownies to come out. Jim Wallace (?) the driver showed up in 25 mins. Such a pleasant experience from this company and excellent customer serve from Jim. Hopefully we never have to be towed again, but definitely recommend Brownies and Jim in the future.
I had a great experience when my motorcycle battery died at a gas station. An older gentleman came and jumped it. It took half the time to arrive that Geico said it would. The guy extremely nice and professional. Would Recommend!
This is a horrible company! I don't know what driver it was but coming home from work at night my low beam switch went out on my car so I only had high beams. The tow truck driver in front of me decided to turn on his LED lights facing my windshield and almost wrecked me and the people behind me! All this because he thought I was leaving my high beams on I'm supposing to annoy him. Just know your drivers are going to cost you money because they're going to cause accidents doing these kinds of things. I wish a police officer had been there to see what he was doing in traffic mind you this was rush hour traffic.
Had to get my semi truck towed and scheduled a time to do so. Brownies called to inform of delay for pick up, set up new time and showed up before rescheduled time. Great customer service and they delivered my truck with no issues. Thank you Brownies!!
Highly recommended - they are not opportunistic trying to nickel and dime, like a lot of other* towing/recovery companies; >unfortunately that does happen quite a bit in monopolized areas (what other choice do you have, when they are the only people in the area with set equipment*) Long story short, if you are in a pinch and need some help - I can honestly say they will get the job done/no extra fees & without trying to burn a hole in your pocket!
They met up with our driver at Ft. Liberty (Ft. Bragg) this morning to unload a forklift
So I've had to use their services multiple times and every experience that I've had has been great. Today I was stranded out in the country and they got to me quick. Less than 2 months ago I also locked my keys in the car and finally gave in and contacted my insurance and the same guy got to me quick and popped my door open in seconds. I definitely would use their services again when needed.
Brownies is a life saver!!!! I caught a flat leaving Walmart and the estimated wait time was 1 hour. Dustin from Brownies made it there in less than 20minutes. Not only was he kind and understanding he explained what caused my flat. Dustin is awesome!!!! Brownie now has a customer for life !!!!’
I didn’t use them for services but I was stuck on the road and Dalton truck #6 saw me in the road helped me back my car off the road and gave me a business card to call another wrecker. He was very nice and the lady that answered the phone was as well. Will definitely keep their card if I’m in need of a tow.
Dallas/Will was a great driver he showed up when he said he would, was completely professional. When the base would not allow him to tow us through the base, we enjoyed the back roads to the shop.
So I locked my keys in the car, and brownies was there within a half hour. The technician was kind and efficient and soon I was back in my car! It’s one thing when a business gives you what you need and it’s another thing when they take time to be really pleasant about it as well!
Driver 15 threw something off his truck and busted my windshield. Spoke to someone about the situation, I’m assuming the owner. He stated he was an “honest” person. Said person stated we had to claim on our insurance due to road hazard because nothing came off the truck. I wouldn’t trust this “honest” person with my vehicle.
Brownies was assigned to help me through my insurance company. After the previous tow company did not show. The technician was so kind and accommodating to my situation. My 5 year old had to tag along for the ride and that was no problem at all we got his car seat in and took off. When I ran into issues at the end destination before my car was even unloaded the technician went well above and beyond for me. I will forever be grateful for his kindness and help, he will never know how much that turned such a crappy situation around. I will always recommend Brownies and use them again if needed in the future.
If you need fast, friendly and reliable, use brownies. Estimated time was an hour to arrive and rescue my wife, they got there in 20 mins. They properly towed the vehicle and delivered my family to me safe.
This sorry excuse of a towing company gets one star for the nice lady and gentleman I worked with today. But the unprofessional and clearly untrained argumentative employee who towed my car and then either lied to me about how he towed my car or improperly filled out the ticket, was the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. Called me off the nice gentleman’s phone and proceeded call me petty and interrupt me with his nonsense acting like he’s a mechanic and he didn’t damage my new car. It’s insane the type of business they run here and it sucks that one can ruin it for all. Telling me my car was dollied but never marked that down only winch and flat bed. Then being told my car wasnt strapped down so there’s no way their straps could’ve caused the damage. So you’re telling me you towed from Fayetteville to raeford with no straps . Insane. Sucks I had to get the police involved for an incident report for damages. The officer even told me this is not the first time she’s been to brownies for incident reports. Sorry for anyone who has to deal with the unprofessionalism that I dealt with today.
*to be transparent, I’m not mad they towed my car that I parked without a pass, I’m upset on how they towed my car.
Received their service through onstar. The estimated ETA was 2 hours- Brownies arrived in 20 minutes! My driver ANTON arrived and had me back in my car in less than 5 minutes- he also taught me a thing or two about my vehicle that I never knew in the 5 years of having it- he wouldn’t even accept my tip! 10/10 would recommend!
This was the best roadside assistance I've ever had. I had a flat on I-95. Brownie's was dispatched by my insurance company. By the time I finished moving luggage from the trunk to my backseat, they were there.
The tow truck driver was very helpful even to the point of advising me on which areas were good to look at for a last minute hotel as well as which areas were NOT good. Gave me rock solid advice on a tire company to call the next morning.
He was very cognizant of safety, and just incredibly nice. Fabulous customer service!
Jim was super helpful. We had to leave our car on the side of the road to make it to an important doctor's appointment. He made sure to call when he got to the car and once he got it home. It definitely put my mind at ease. Their pricing is normal for towing, but I would use them again because of how awesome they were. Jim was our driver and I'm so grateful for his understanding and help!
