Such awesome, real, helpful people. Always take my vehicle here. When I was a student they would fix my bike for me, too. Jay Beatty Jr is a funny, relatable person who is always honest and offers very reasonable pricing. His Mother is also an absolute star. Lucky to have these folks right here in Murfreesboro, NC.
I brought my truck up there for a transmission swap I had the transmission and everything I brought it up there a Friday j the owner told me it would be done sunday it didn’t get done then he told me to come up there at 12 Tuesday it would be done by then came up there Tuesday truck wasn’t touched he told me it would be done Thursday came up there Thursday at 1 oclock truck wasn’t touched then he told me to come back up there Friday it would be done Friday came up there Friday afternoon truck wasn’t touched then he said it would be done Saturday went up there Saturday at 12 truck wasn’t touched again then he said they would get it done today Sunday for me came up there today at 12 and the truck was sitting in the same place it was last Friday my truck has been up there 9 days and I have been lied to every day and that’s my daily drive I have no other way to work so he is now putting me at lossing my job not a good place to take your vehicle to for anything
I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THEIR SERVICE AT ALL!!!... In my time of being here in carolina he's the best..knows exactly what he talking bout and will do...may have a couple mishap with schedule portion but it's all good
I had a truck over at their shop for a few months while they were attempting to diagnose the problem of the truck not starting. I had since moved 8 hours away and left the truck at their shop while they were trying to find a new computer for the truck. They were not able to find a computer for the truck so I had a friend come over and pick the truck up from their lot who I sold the truck too. I just got a call from my friend and he told me that they removed the starter from the truck. Just 2 weeks before i had a brand new starter put the truck. They stole my starter out of the truck and never told me. Do not use the mechanic.
Guy told my husband knew exactly what and where speed sensor was. Now claims he can't find it. There phone is always busy can't reach anyone. Now got to find someone else who knows what they're doing
If I could rate this place a zero I would my husband and I took our volvo truck here to get fix as I have Since mr.Allen was alive now it is running by his wife who has a white male worker there who broke parts on our truck and has lied about buying our car parts over a month plus now our vehicle is damage and the new owner which is the wife acts as if she has no clue what goes on in her shop and does not try to take responsibility I advise anyone to look for a more reliable trustworthy shop. #My experience and my opinion
Shout out to Alan’s Car Care on Main Street that took care of my son at Chowan University in a friendly and timely manner. His car had a serious engine overheating problem that needed immediate attention. Alan’s went above and beyond to help him out at a reasonable cost, even though they were very busy. I told all the parents at Chowan about them so I hope they’ll get a lot of business!
Alan is a very down to earth gentleman. Even under tough circumstances his staff and himself were able to accommodate Me and my business partners. We are very satisfied with Their work and I look forward to doing business with them again. Thanks Alan!!!
