Hendersonville Towing did a great job for me. I gave up after 24 hours of trying to get AAA emergency help out to pull me out of a ditch after losing traction on a private road hill because of the ice storm. I called up Hendersonville towing and they came immediately. It was a tricky maneuver, they had to get around the front of my car, get up the icy hill to a flat dry area, drag the winch line down the hill and tow me up about 40 feet until I was past the ice. The charge was minimal and more than fair. Really appreciate the great and timely service.
Unfortunately, I’ve had to use a towing company on too many occasions. This is by far the best service I have ever had! Very professional, showed up a little early than expected and compared to previous charges, less expensive than the others. I highly recommend calling Hendersonville Towing if you need a tow!
I was in a 4 car accident, no fault of mine. Hendersonville Towing is the one that towed my vehicle. I was impressed with the care it was given even though it was damaged. I was allowed to go back the next day & remove all of my belongings without a hitch. If I ever need a tow, Hendersonville Towing is who I will call.
Zach and his services were awesome!!!! Quick to arrive and got us to a repair location in less than a half hour! We were sideswiped on I-26 by a tractor trailer and thank goodness all were well and some repairs needed. HOWEVER, needed a tire to proceed! So he dropped us at Tire Master and within 30 minutes we were back on the road. Thanks again Zach! you and your services were invaluable!
Sadly, I have had to call this guy twice in a week! He came highly recommended by Dale's Automotive repair. And he has lived up to the reputation they told me about. Zach was very responsive, told me exactly when he would arrive and did so. He took great care with both vehicles and knows his business. He was very professional and the cost was appropriate for the service. You cant beat that these days. I highly recommend and hope I dont need him again any time soon, but knowing a good quality tow truck operator is available puts me at ease for my family. Thanks Zach!

Do you need a tow for your sports car or any vehicle for that matter ? Zach and his Hendersonville Towing Company is who you must call...I had to get my '09 Z06 to Hendersonville, NC recently and really preferred someone with intimate knowledge of the incredibly dangerous I-26 between my home in SC and the dealership. Steep grades, construction lane closures, trucks jockying for positions uphill, one lane of traffic for cars going 15-25 mph over the limit ...yeah, you want an expert. Zach arrived promptly at 7am and pulled the car onto his huge flatbed without difficulty and tied it down. Paperwork done, he was off in less than 20 minutes. Zach is a terrific communicator and an even better listener. Quite rare in this day and age, don't you agree ? So, thanks Zach for the care you took with my Corvette...this 75 yr old really appreciated your professional services ! Hendersonville Towing, a perfect "10". If there was an Olympic category for Towing, Zach would be biting the gold medal !!!
I recently needed to have my Jeep towed for service, and a neighbor recommend this company to me.The guys at HTR provided amazing customer service!!! They were friendly, transparent in estimated wait times and provided follow up information about the driver assigned to my job. They are fairly priced and provided excellent service. I would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.
I’ve used this Company twice and both times were pleasant experience. They are fast, friendly, and most of all reasonable. It’s no fun to have car trouble but it’s good to know you have someone to call when you do.

I got into a wreck recently around the corner from my house, Capps responded and the driver was not only extremely rude and unprofessional, he lied to me and said my truck had to be towed to their shop pending a crash investigation by the highway patrol!!!! Mark was this guys name and the bill to my insurance was around 990!!!!! This was a shakedown, he knowingly lied!!!!! If you are unfortunate enough to have an accident, it’s in your best interest to not use these guys there’s other options. Taking advantage of someone when they have just gone through a traumatic wreck is pretty low.

Good People who know what they are doing and care about their customers. You won't find better people or better service. They are very courteous, will be there quickly, and take excellent care of your vehicle. I used to be a tow truck operator so I can tell you from experience that They KNOW what they are doing! And have Very nice Equipment/trucks. They Have Towed Multiple Vehicles for me in different situations and Are always Prompt, Courteous,& Professional/Skilled. My car was towed by Hendersonville Towing and Receiving after an accident where I was taken to the hospital on Dec 28, 2022. It's taken 8 days to have the tow company release the car to my insurance for damage assessments and hopefully they can pick it up today. It's been a fit getting Zach on the phone but once we did he was helpful in giving me the information I needed.
Zach Rhodes was there to help me within 15-20 minutes after I called him. He was courteous and very helpful to getting my car to the shop quickly. I would definitely recommend this towing company to anyone. Thank so much for your help!
Price was great. They came earlier than they estimated and the driver was very personable polite and quick at his job. Hopefully I'll never need another tow but if I do they'll get the call.
Zach was amazing today when I was involved in an automobile accident! He was so nice and completely understanding when I was completely scatter brained. He and Jay were both so good to me when I came to get my belongings out of the car! Appreciate them very much!
Very professional and helpful. No one wants to call a tow service, but when you nee done it is so helpful to have someone who actually answers the phone and takes the time to help you. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle being towed.
We ran into car trouble 30 minutes into vacation and needed a tow back into Asheville. We waited for 2 hours for one tow company that canceled on us (without telling us). Frazzled, we called Hendersonville Towing and he was there within 45 minutes. The cost was lower than what I expected and he had us on our way quickly. I would recommend this company 100%!
Not sure why anyone has commented on their attitude, my tower was so friendly and professional! We had a large box truck delivering a sofa get stuck in a ditch next to our driveway. They were quick, communicated well and got the job done. Highly recommend!
This guy is awesome!! I won’t ever call anyone else! My Jeep died right in the middle of the road and on the wrong side of the road because of the electric emergency break engages when tried to push it out of the way. It happened at 2am and I scheduled the tow with another company but after an hour of waiting I realized they no showed me and left me stranded knowing I was expecting them. This happened with 3 other companies also. Even texting me and calling me saying they were 10 minutes out. Until my phone died at 5am. And not one of them showed up. Even after knowing the company’s I tried before them left me stranded also. But finally a trooper drove through around 7 and let me charge my phone and get out of the 15° weather and get warm. We called THIS Hendersonville towing company and he answered and was was kind and understanding and rushed got there in less than 25 minutes on a early Sunday morning. Was extremely professional and kind. Put my Jeep up and took me to the shop and got me running again for an amazing price.
worst in life. horrible customer service. attitude is even worster............. I made a deal with one of the employee or he might be the owner...... will i made a deal with him and i did my part of the deal but he hasn't done his part and now i have to pay a Fee of 90 dollars to the DMV cause of this employee or owner.

Our tire blew out and we were several hundred miles from home. Our jack would not work. We called Hendersonville. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was friendly, reassuring and calmed me down. The driver arrived in 45 minutes and put on our spare saving us a pricey tow bill. They were fast, friendly and even offered advice if we ever experienced this in the future.
