I will call this company before others. My car wouldn't start and needed a tow. They showed up same morning that we called, strapped up and was able to tow my car from Mills River to Brevard. Donna and the tow driver were both easy to reach and kindly able to answer all my questions. They are family oriented and very prompt. Highly recommend!

These gentlemen were so kind and helpful- true Good Samaritans. We had already called another towing company- but Rakk stopped and blocked our car from traffic so we would stay safe. Then they helped Billy’s towing with getting our car hooked up. Very awesome people.
This company is run by excellent people. During and after the hurricane that destroyed western NC, they went out of their way to help, comfort, and feed many people and families. It’s always a pleasure to do business with people who actually care about others and not just profits.
We slid backwards on steep gravel backwards into a ditch and needed help. The first tow company I was able to get hold of quoted a very high price to winch us out and 60-90 minutes to arrive. Rakk was there in 15 minutes, winched us out, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them.
