Phenomenal service from Andy and Parkway Towing!! I had lost the remote to my Highlander, doors locked, with my purse and phone inside. Andy got the car unlocked for me to retrieve the needed essentials within minuets and even recommend a mobile key service which saved me not only a tow bill, but the key cost 1/2 what a new one would have at the dealership. It is a wonderful family owned establishment! I will personally never use another tow service in Henderson county / surrounding areas.

It was early in morning and I was stuck In a ditch and called Parkway Towing. When the truck arrived I was greeted by Andy and he had me up and running out of that ditch in no time. My vehicle had a totally dead battery parked in my garage with no way to put the car in neutral. Parkway brought a special set of towing attachments and was able to lift the car and tow it. On time, very nice and at a reasonable price. I reccomend !!

Vehicle broke down near Asheville and I didn't know who to call. I called a couple of places that were short-staffed and too busy and then tried Parkway Towing. Max didn't hesitate, just asked my location, gave me an approximate time of arrival and even texted when he was a few minutes away. I would give him 6 stars if that were possible.
Relocated our RV. They went out of their way to make things happen. On time reasonable price and very proficinal. Would definitely be happy to call on them again
