Wayne Lee's Towing was fantastic! I am from out of state and my vehicle broke down just off I 95 on a Sunday. I am covered by US Rider Insurance (they also are fantastic!) Wayne Lee's found a wonderful hotel for myself and my little dog, dropped us off, towed my vehicle to the shop, and had it repaired by 11:30 the next day. (wheel bearing assembly), Picked us up and brought us to the shop to get the vehicle.
Great Service! It was Christmas Eve and my wife’s car broke down in Dunn at the most inconvenient time. I called and Randy showed up shortly after my call. He had a smile on his face and worked hard to share it using humor as he worked. He worked quickly, hook up the car, and told a story. I used the story the next day in the pulpit. I’m a preacher. What a treat, a very pleasant experience.
Wayne Lees Towing does all my inspections services. I have been going to Wayne Lee’s for 10 + years and they do my oil changes, all fluid changes and inspections on all necessary inspections on my auto and they are fast, and converted with myself on anything prior to taking action. They responded to me promptly in the middle of the night with courtesy, respect and wisdom. I was very impressed that Mr Wayne Lee himself came out to respond which is a rarity and today's world that the owner shows up and not only overseas what's going on but took it upon himself to climb under the truck and do what was necessary to get me towed in. Him and his team are top notch and had no problems whatsoever with hauling my company's 26 ft straight truck to the mechanic shop and Hope Mills that my company uses. They even went out of their way to dropped me off at my personal vehicle and then proceeded to take the truck to their yard for the night and then in the morning towed it all the way to Hope Mills to the garage that my company uses. I highly recommend Wayne Lee's Towing and will definitely be using their services again.
Friendly service, was able to get all my belongings from my car after being towed due to an accident. I noticed they are a full service station that pumps gas for you still and has a small repair shop.
Had part of my tail pipe come loose on 95 south and I didn't have the tools to remove the clamps. These guys came out quickly and took great care of me. Mobile service calls are expensive ($150) but probably the norm for this area.
Went here for inspection. Lived in Dunn for 7 years 3 blocks from this station. Always get my inspections from Four Oaks. Called wayne ahead of time to ask for price and he wouldn’t give me one over phone. Went in person and asked again for price young man said 13.00. They pulled car in and inspected it. When fiinished wayne said 23.00. I asked why 23$ and he said tint. I explained that I am local and wanted to start doing business in my community. He looked at next in line and said are you ready for your inspection? The extra 10$ was for tint which he never tested I was watching the whole time. We are in our 50s and have just enough tint to help with sun you can look at it easily and tell. Four oaks has never charged me this. Windows have been done 10 years. I feel I have 20 years of driving left easily. 4 vehicles x13.00 =52$ x20 years =1040$. Not a smart transaction Mr Lee. I will keep my business in four oaks. Even tipped him 2$ made it an even 25 Just so you remember who I am.
Went to get an inspection sticker. The boy that did it gets it in, hooked up his machine and then came outside and said my engine light was on. My light had never been on until he hooked his machine to my vehicle. They failed my vehicle but still charged me almost the full price of the inspection. Never went back and never will. Took it to another inspection station and did not have a problem with passing it.
Wayne Lee's towing was wonderful! Two other companies that Mercedes sent were unable to assist me with my 170" extended high roof sprinter van. They stuck with it, returning multiple times, to ensure I could get my van back to Richmond, VA! They ended up towing it twice...once to move it out of the way for a business that did not like it in their lot, and a second time to get it on to the hauler that brought it back to me. Thank you Wayne Lee's for not giving up on me!
Bent over backwards to help us move our 5th wheel after our tow vehicle was disabled. They were on time. And scheduled us right away. Very professional. Wished I had called them 1sr!
They were the only tow company that would come out for me at 1 am on a Monday evening. He was so nice helping me figure out my next steps with my insurance /car company /rental car etc. was the only people who would drive me and my dog to a hotel. A real life saver when it’s storming , there’s no ubers or lyfts at all in the area and the sherrif n other tows can help. I would recommend Wayne Lee’s towing over and over. Very sweet,trustworthy people . Was knowledgeable and able to properly tow my Tesla thank god
After a stressful happistance (made this word up) I was happy to be assisted by Wayne's Towing. I was surprised by their arrival but it worked in my favor. I called to get rates and the lady who answered stated she would have someone call me back with rates. Instead of calling, they showed up.
When I spoke with the gentleman, who quoted me the lowest rate out of all of the companies that I contacted.
The man that assisted me was kind and talked me through what he would do and what I needed to do to assist him with patience.
Long story short, after the pulling (the man) and the wheel turning (me)....I was out. Woo hoo.
This people go above and beyond to help you, great customer service, great people, specially J, my truck broke down on Thursday and I had to get my truck towed to the Volvo dealer but the dealer wouldn’t take me until Monday and J really went the extra mile, he even took me to the hotel and send Randy to pick me up on Monday to go and get my truck towed, I would really recommend them
These people are professionals, they have nice equipment they came quickly did the job for a descent price, and did the job with a great attitude, they bailed me out on a Saturday stuck n a parking lot they were on time didn't damage anything, there isn't anything else u would want from a tow company thank you
broke down not only did wrecker get me out the way until morning when shop open they got my truck to shop an trailer to distribution to get unloaded great hospitality got the job done on little sleep this is a company that is understanding of your best interest for you an also load id rate 10 stars if possible no exaggeration they didnt ask for a review i jus feel its appropriate they get recognized
I do not recommend them to anyone. We called them when our brakes went out initially so we could get towed to a shop, but the couple of shops we knew of may not have been able to help us so when the gentleman on the phone stated they did brake repair, we thought fantastic! Two birds, one stone, right? Well, they came by and towed our car with enough quickness, told us they would call us later that day to let us know what was wrong and how they could fix it. That was Monday. We did not get a call all day. We had to call them back on Tuesday and at that point they finally told us what was wrong (brake line had rusted) and that they needed to order a kit because they couldn't find what they needed at the junkyard, but it was fairly expensive. Well, we obviously needed it, so we went ahead and authorized the order (which we could have done the day before if they had only called!) and at that point they said they wouldn't get it until Thursday. Which, my husband only had Wednesday off and had been hoping to have it repaired by then (and probably could have been if they had called back in a timely manner to authorize the order and put it in!). But whatever. So, Thursday rolls around, we again have to hound them to see if they got it in and get an estimate on when it would be fixed, they said it would be later that day and that they would call. We were a little skeptical about that, considering at that point we had received zero promised call backs, but we decided to wait, and lo and behold they called! I suppose when it's time for someone to give them money they're right on that phone calling people back. So, my husband WALKS down to their place, since he didn't have a car available, gets down there and goes to pay with his work credit card. Now, this card did not have his name on it, since it was a work card and that's how his place of employment does things, but he'd been carrying it for a while and had precisely zero problems with it so far. Well, the first time he tries to swipe it, it declines automatically because of the amount of the expense (which he had already cleared with his boss, but obviously the card company did not know that). They called his boss and he approved the transaction, was actually on the phone with my husband at the time letting him know, and THEN all of a sudden they can't accept this company card THAT WE HAD TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE PAYING WITH IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WE'D HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH TO DATE. My husband tells her what happened and that it should work now if she wants to swipe it but she refuses, and THEN tells him, "We'll only accept cash." WOW. She was very snippy with him and the gentleman that was there was equally as unhelpful. Okay, so, husband walks BACK home and has to wait for his check to post on his account and go back the next day. His card had been giving him grief with atm's and wasn't swiping right so he couldn't take money out, but he went over with his debit card and I crossed my fingers just hoping that they wouldn't hold to that "cash only" that the lady had told him the previous day. Fortunately, whoever was there did not, they swiped his debit card and took the charge with no problem and we were able to get the car back. It works, yes, but when we got the car back, we had a bluetooth speaker that now has a rattling in it that it didn't have before, though it does still seem to work. Our glove compartment was also very obviously rifled through for no apparent reason. Absolutely will not go with them again if we need to and will never recommend them to anyone, their customer service skills are extremely lacking and it is not worth it at all. Find someone else and stay far, far away.
Most helpful towing service I've ever dealt with. I've never seen someone go above and beyond to help a customer. I was almost 400 miles away from home in an emergency situation, and these guys took the time to hear my problem and help me through to a solution. They genuinely care. Their Google ratings were why I called them to begin with, and I can see why it's so high. Thanks a lot, Wayne!
Truly 24hr towing. Always professional and courteous prompt and damage free towing. I can see why they have been in business over 50 years and 3 generations on staff.
I was visiting from out of town and on the day I was driving back to NY I could not get my grandson's carseat out of my car. Having no idea who could help me I went to Wayne Lee's because it was nearby and my daughter gets her car inspected there. The gentleman was so helpful and neighborly, I am so grateful to them.
